Impossible. Cybertron is completely destroyed. It collapsed in on itself. It's gone. The rest of your post is nothing but fanwank. It'll never see the light of day as you have it thought out.

EDIT: Plus Megatron's head was split in two and his spine ripped out. "He's dead, Jim."
