Varies by item. If Amazon themselves is the seller, or if it's a third party seller where Amazon fulfills, things usually do, but not always. I don't have any idea what the criteria is.

Funny enough one of the big criteria is food, so any variation of a candy kit, even a sealed case won't be available to ship. If it does it'll get stopped from leaving the country.

Recently Takara Tomy teased an upcoming Nemesis Prime repaint of Missing Link Convoy only for a Taiwanese store to offer it shortly after. But now Amazon Japan has begun taking pre-orders along with a full gallery for the latest Missing Link repaint. Takara Tomy is selling this as a sort of "what if" for G1 collectors, for a time when Nemesis Prime didn't exist yet (instead favoring Autobot Black Convoy in 2000). Nemesis comes with all the same accessories that C-01 Convoy came with, but with some clever renaming. The Energon Axe is now the Executioner Axe, Roller is now Giza (like his previous transforming swords), the Matrix is now the Heart of Cybertron, the Ion Canon is now a Fusion Canon, and the repair drone is being called the "Proton Scourge", a nod to the alternate name for Nemesis Prime.

Nemesis Prime is set for release at the end of February with Amazon currently listing a price of ¥17,380, though that price will certainly see a drop over the next few weeks. Like with our pair of Arcee releases coming up soon this is the sort of release that will fit in easily with strictly G1 collections. It's funny how they're using "Nemesis Prime" instead of "Black Convoy" when the first two releases were both just "Convoy" instead of "Optimus Prime".

The ML Sentinel Prime eventually grew on me, especially after seeing the Toyhax decals set which stressed the "construction worker truck" mood the yellow color was already suggesting. About this one... well, I don't think the same magic will happen. Maybe with a more Scourge-esque trailer, a sword instead of an axe... or another spot on decals set, who knows!

Typically repaints like this are what funds future projects. So far we've gotten two versions of every mold, this is the fourth for Prime, but that's not terribly surprising. Whoever the next new mold ends up being will get two as well. Thankfully most of the early G1 figures lent themselves well to repaints. I think Megatron, Soundwave or Starscream stand the best chance at being next, but I've also heard speculation on it be Ultra Magnus.
