3rd Season is not planned yet. D.C. Douglas mentioned this at FB:
"#autobots weep for it is the final recording session of #Transformers #RescueBots 2nd season. IF we get a season 3, it'll be a year before we know... "

Though started as a series to educate children about Hazards & Safety, Transformers: Rescue Bots quickly became popular even among adult fans.
