In the Comic-Con panel that was put up on YouTube for the Transformers:Prime cartoon I noticed something about Ratchet.

His arm has the same Energon/health pack symbol on it that the crates you break open in the game, War for Cybertron. Also, the shoulder pads of Ratchet in the WfC game also have that same symbol, which is the triangular heartbeat waveform symbol.



I also heard rumors that Transformers:Prime and the War for Cybertron game are going to be very heavily tied together.

So, I wonder if High Moon Studios is making a sequel game, but based this new TV show and not their own stuff?

Hasbro has made the connection between the two. Saying something along the lines of "Prime will follow War for Cybertron". Many took this to mean that Prime would use WFC as its back story. Though, after seeing the designs and wildly different appearances of most characters. Now most believe that Hasbro merely meant that Prime will be the next transformers media after WFC.

As cool as it would have been to use WFC as it's back story, I don't see it happening.

High Moon themselves stated that the game was mostly based on the new cartoon, while it's look and feel was mostly inspired by G1.
I can't even count the amount of article we've posted stating this.

no, that symbol is there because the red cross copyrighted...the red cross. hasbros not allowed to use that anymore.
