Military aircraft with dark camo paterns on top and light blue or grey underbellies were common for many decades.
They were, but this is guy is camo all over. Dont mean to be nitpicky or anything though.
Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.

Upon closer inspection, I'm led further to believe it's bunk. The back side of the legs is very yellowed. You can easily see it through the "paint". I think this guy had junkers he wants rid of and made up some BS story to get rid of them at a profit. Don't take my word for it. Go look yourselves.

I would not bid on it. In-house paint jobs by Hasbro. Was this done on other figures to anyone's knowledge? Can this then be confirmed based on past figures that went through this?

Longs for the days of G1 where we only had to worry about Megatron, Soundwave and Laserbeak wanting to be Autobots, Swoop calling himself Tracks and Slingshot calling himself Slingslot!

The A-10 wasn't a fighter jet like the F-16 but it's camo was pretty practical.

That thing looks like complete ass. How any of you can find THAT "in house repaint" cool is beyond me. Where's the certification? How do we know it was painted by HASBRO? Cause if HASBRO did paint that thing, they did a ridiculously bad job on it.
Wow, his reserve is higher than 150.00USD too. Like the old saying goes "Theres a sucker born every minute".

The freaking close ups look like someone did it with magic marker. This has to be a fake. Yeah It may have been from a former hasbro employee as he colored it on his smoke break! And why hold on to it for this long and then finally decide to sell it with out so much as a hint to it's authenticity?
