Average Arena Wait Time?

What are the average arena waiting time for levels 0? I just made my whole squad, King Kong Dong, and it's been 3 hours without one of my guys stomping on a Decepticon :/

The arena is pretty much a non-entity, you are far more likely to get an opponent if you go for the missions.

No missions come up for me. Are they based upon people online or my character's level?

Try refreshing the page and see what appears. It may be that you are the only level 0 active at this time so a mission hasn't been generated for you yet.
