I have been talking to a top Decepticon and they are hungry for missions. It's hard for them to get in a mission that has Bots in it because they all jump in it.
For the past day I have been trying to avoid all missions full of Cons to limit their gain in XP. It is extremely unbalanced so I have been picking on the Preds and Maxis.
I do join Con mission but only when there is no level 1 to kick our asses.
Maybe it's a bad idea but I'm actually making ground today. 9,000 xp today its pretty damn good.

FYI... By avoiding suicide mission I got 14,000xp today.(9 hours)
I'm not saying run from battles but enter missions which we have the advantage. There is no reason to give the Cons more then they already have.

I think it's a good idea to do whatever works for you to get the xps. Right now, the cons have a big lead on xps, but we can still beat them.
It isn't just vs Autobots missions that the cons are filling, it's against all 3 other factions. Basically, when the cons get any mission, it's almost always filled on their side. The preds have their own system to either leave the missions blank or fill them, the max's for the most part leave them alone and only face us bots or the preds, mostly since they are outnumbered by the other 3 factions and have non-con missions available most of the time.
Now that I'm firmly into level 1, I'm taking on the cons in almost all my missions. When the bot ranks are filled with other level 1s and we match or have more level 1s than the cons, we can usually do pretty well. My win percentages haven't moved from the 47% wins in a long time, but win or lose, I'm getting 250 to 300+ exps per mission. By jumping into the otherwise 'suicide' missions when there's still plenty time left, it gets filled before the mission starts, thanks to you fellow bots who fill it.

we can beat the 1 on 1. it's just that Avoid isn't helping your team at all in a 6 vs 6 mission.

Really? I do think it's because the bots aren't boosted Avoid much.

unleash the strafers such as a tank alt since strafe is cheap
