I've barely added any paint at moment. I just did the round things on the shoulder pads and then added a teeny bit on the toes and crotch cos I ran out. It's mostly just his natural colour at moment.
Paint was Tamiya Titanium Silver as it was cheapest one I could find locally and need to buy some more of cos I used a lot of it on RotF Megatron a while back.
Need to buy some more red and blue too cos there's a lot of bits need correcting.

Ok. It's not brilliant cos I'm not a professional but I like how it shines better and looks more metallic than the grey plastic he came as.
(Just noticed I used a bit of the paint on Prime's thighs before I ran out. I really want to add more to the top area of the thighs where they've put far too much blue)
Oh and found a pic of my Megatron when I first got him so before paint. Wow, til looking back at this I didn't realise how different he looks now with the paint. I'm happy with my effort after all.

I haven't painted Optimus' hands. I only had a smidgey bit of paint left and as I said I did the shoulder thingies first as they were blue/red before and that bugged me. I didn't do the hands yet cos I wanted red paint to do his cuffs first (which are red on SS05 but grey on this SS32 for some reason).

(Seems TLK Hound is actually too big for Studio Series scale and he's supposed to same height as Ironhide but actually is way taller. I had to have Hound squat a fair bit to be closer in height.

They just look to be in the same color as the other parts you painted so I thought you painted them, too.

I have some (I would say) pretty nicely painted/customized figures so far I'd like to take pictures of but so little time and I need a well lighted place to make pictures. I prefer daylight on a sunny day but those are rare in this season of the year.

Well my "definitive movie" SW is the movie the best figure, he's purdy. But I don't really collect movie figs, just Soundwaves.
