You can also probably find scrapbook paper you can glue to it to dress it up

That's what I do. I have several colors hanging behind my desk by clips. Quick to swap out and easily gives that nice disappearing curve. When I'm done I just tuck them back away.

All I have are the Matrix in UniRod and NemmyP and I don't have Nexus either. I have seen PotP OP's Matrix in Siege Prime, look good.
