I'm affraid it really is just the nature of the beast, or to quote Counterpunch, 'pay to play'. I've just moved house, much nicer spot than I was in and with a higher figure on the rent, so I had to take the reluctant decission to pass on both the 3rd party Constructicon options. Also I've just started an instant access savings account specificly to put spending money aside for Auto Assembley this year. We're all limited by what we can afford and when we can afford it, just limited at different levels.

I'm affraid it really is just the nature of the beast, or to quote Counterpunch, 'pay to play'. I've just moved house, much nicer spot than I was in and with a higher figure on the rent, so I had to take the reluctant decission to pass on both the 3rd party Constructicon options. Also I've just started an instant access savings account specificly to put spending money aside for Auto Assembley this year. We're all limited by what we can afford and when we can afford it, just limited at different levels.

Unfortunately my limit is "I never live anywere for more than a few months, and were I do, I can't get a job, so maybe someone will give me a buck or two this month?" That's just how it is. untill I find a place to actually LIVE then I out of cash, all the time...

And I don't know anything about your lifestyle other than what you choose to share on this site, but by the sound of it you've got bigger prioities to get settled than where the next toy is coming from. Sorry to keep bringing it back to "ME" for examples, but my priority matrix (simplified) breaks down as me/home>work>the cat>toys>most other stuff. It's a hobby. When I seriously can't afford it, it takes to the back burner. If you're in need of a place to call home then you're in need of a place to put the toys, yeah?

I'm really not trying to start a fight but you've posted about this in a couple of places and I'm genuinely worried about where your priorities lie. Look after yourself first, then worry about the plastic.
