Just pull them off at the thigh swivel (mushroom peg?). I've done it and it didn't do it for me. The cool thing is that it doesn't affect transformation.

Nope, just reverses where the wheels end up. It's easy, give it a try if you have the mold and see what cha think.

If I remember correctly it looks better in torso mode but worse in bot mode.

Recently acquired DotM Voyager Optimus Prime. He's pretty great.

I do adore this truck mode. With all those solar panels, rocket boosters and fuel tanks he looks totally EXTREEEEEEEEEME. He reminds me of a toy from the 90s somehow.

I like how his weapon forms a big-ass jet engine for him. What I don't like so much is the worrying crack on the trailer hitch/weapon port. On the plus side it's not a load-bearing joint like a connector port or hip socket so it shouldn't get any worse.

I really, REALLY like his robot mode. Reminds me of an Obari super robot.

The gun is pretty cool, appropriately over the top and filled with detail.

And it transforms, too!

Plus, it can store on his back very satisfyingly.

Poseability on this guy is excellent. The arms are a bit fiddly but that aside he's great. He even has ankle rockers!

He's perfectly sized IMO. As you can see he goes very well with DotM Shockwave.

Though Shockwave doesn't seem to think so.

"Oh for crying out loud, Optimus, do you have to do the whole speech thing every single time? And why the pose?"
