Battle of the Doctors

The rules, no punching below the belt, no Tardis, no army, just the docs and there usual standard equipment, "The Doctors" (from Doctor Who) can use K9 and the sonic screwdriver.
Who wins?

If it came down to just Doom and Oc, I'd give it to Doctor Octopus, as I think his arms make him the most powerful without any other external forces.

You know, that was my original intention od posting Ock vs Doom, but then I thought it would be cooler, and funnier to have it this way.
anyway dock Ock just owns all

But then against the Doctors I think Doom would underestimate them, and they'd use his hubris and arrogance against him to pull out a win.
The Doctors win, with Doom coming in second place.

I haven't got a clue about the other two.

Doctor Octopus gets another sonic screwdriver treatment due to his four mechanical arms... essentially you've put two opponents who could both be simultaneously defeated by one Doctor due to a commonly shared weakness (reliance on technology) that the Doctor is known for exploiting.

Except for the fact that the Doctors have been shown previously to not always be able to effect all technology- there's a region the Doctor doesn't regularly defeat hordes of Daleks by waving the sonic screwdriver at them and turning their casing off. Also, that Doom makes fairly regular use of magic.

The Doctor has faced, and beaten, opponents whose psionic power was enough to reduce Earth to a burning wasteland. He has also canonically defeated a Doctor Doom analogue (from a more technologically advanced planet than Earth, at that) by simply using using the sonic screwdriver and the rest of his insane levels of intelligence.
The Daleks are a poor example as their technology was specifically built for the purpose of fighting the Doctor. The sonic screwdriver has defeated robot and cyborg foes before with the greatest of ease; The Christmas Invasion and The Runaway Bride stick out as the two main examples.

Doom has faced beings who could smack down Galactus, and stolen their power. Also, more advanced than modern RL Earth is a very different proposition than more advanced than modern Marvel Earth, for reasons that shouldn't really need explaining.
Edit: A being, my bad. That I know of.
Edit 2: I'm not saying that Doom wins, I think the Doctors, with there being so many of them in one place at a time (if Belgium can be averted) most likely take this. It's just likely to be harder than 'waves screwdriver, armor shuts down'.

Well actually, they were designed to exterminate the Thals....

Originally, yes, but that can't be said of the modern iterations, considering the Thals were extinct.

There are two primary weaknesses to that statement. The first is that there were only two useful Doctors in the Three Doctors, not ten, and the second is that the Doctor has solved at least fourteen problems (six of which were the Master) without the use of a TARDIS.

There could be 12 plus another two or three Timelords. Marvel superscience, which Doom is practiced with, is in the same general ballpark as Who superscience.
I am not a Dr Doom fan, but the guy gets things done. I cannot think of a who villain who compares to this guy. He basically wears mid iron man level power armor and can cast reality warping magic at will, and he is a superscientific genius.
You have to give the Doctor's some access to a Tardis to protect themselves. Otherwise Dr Doom will just kill each one as he encounters them. The science plus the magic is too much for the Drs without some tech base to counter.
