Well I have ordered two, but the second one's going at cost to somebody without a credit card. Only other motive that I can see is profit once these are long sold out and folks are kicking themselves for not getting the preorder in when they had the chance.

Not viable. It takes about a week to get an account sorted round these parts- and that's if they like you.

Ya damn right. No regrets gonna happen with this set. Still ticked that I don't have a CJ conversion set yet. Still checking you-know-where!!

Good luck on that CJ kit, that's gonna be nuts, but you know it's worth it.

The last auction I saw, he was around the price range you paid for him. Little more, but not much. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Buuu just let me know if you ever want to get rid of your's.

I see that BBTS now has a couple of updated pics that I hadn't seen before. The trailer mode isn't quite what I would have hoped, but I think it will be more than made up for in botmode. I wonder if the trailer will open and allow for storage inside? Glad I ordered mine early!

Yeah, the trailer is different than what I expected, but it'll still look cool, and let's face it, this kit is really focused on making a true version of Magnus.
I have a feeling the trailer will open for storage.

I still think there are more than enough Magnus armor parts that the kit would work well with a Classics Prime.

Honestly, I didn't think these would sell out until Friday...

It's great that BBTS has been able to get this upgrade. Our white optimus prime's will become ultra magnus's.

Way too much for me .. The only way i would buy such a thing is if i could make molds of the ones i buy and then remake the parts and sell them for what they are worth , like 25$ lol .. way too much money for parts even if they are limited.. If they were true fans of the line they wouldnt sell them for so much and make more of them. Make them a price that everyone can afford .. Same goes for that way over priced cliffjumper kit.

This is just absurd. You're talking about a kit made by a couple of guys in China, not a big corporation like Takara or Hasbro. Way to pull out the "true fan" card too, nice.

I actually got to talk to this guy at Botcon and you know wanna know exactly what he said? He said we're fans too and we want as many people as possible to be able to get them. We made this for the fans.

The Cliffjumper kit was originally priced by them at $30. It was the sellers that started upcharging. Know what you're talking about before posting something like that.

Seriously now. To add to this, the maker of these toys explained that they had a really interesting box idea for connecting to the Target Exclusive packaging Magnus already came in.

They nixed the idea, why?

Because they believe the toys are meant to be opened and enjoyed. The guy wanted the fanst to actually put the armor on and see their creation. These people aren't looking to make a dollar, they're supporting the fandom in ways that you and I can't even begin to approach.

Bad game to all the people out there hating on this.

Part of me wants to get a couple more and sell them on ebay to ONLY international bidders.

from what i understan, no you wont be able to open it up, as the mid-section becomes that huge m****r-****ing gun!

i like it, i think it's pretty sweet.. i'm just not sure if it's 80 bucks sweet.

I've never ordered from BBTS before. If you need to cancel your pre-order, can you with no strings attached? Do you just go into your account, select "View Preorders" and then change your quantity to 0 and update?

I just pre-ordered but want to know if I can cancel if needed.
