which episodes did Optimus Prime appear in the Beast Wars/Beast Machines shows?

You mean G1 Prime? I want to know too, the timeline thingy confused me.

In BW it was the Agenda part 1-3. And the ep befor that, but i don't know what it's called.

Prime appears in Agenda part (I think 2,)3, Optimal Situation, a series 2 ep near the later end of BM when they discover Iacon (I don't know the eps of BM too well,) and a statue of him holding two golden disks was destroyed outside the hall of records in the third or fourth ep of BM. Why Prime had two disks when one was an alien disk that never arrived on Cybertron, I don't know.

Megatron had the statue destroyed in the first season, and yes he was mysteriously holding two golden disks, that happened early on in the series. (Incidently, when Rattrap was in the Cybertronian library - or whatever it was called - there were two disks on the doors as well.) In season two where they found Iacon, Megatron was controlling a hologram of Optimus Prime. I can't really remember that episode name off hand either, I have to review my BM episodes again.
