Is this the BW Megatron that can transform into a dragon? that's way cooler than a tank. and bw Megatron had two sparks(bw and g1 Megatron) plus I think that when bw Megatron combined his spark with g1 Megatron's he grew larger (althogh I don't know if it would match the size of ROTF Megatron's). Dragon Megatron can breate fire and ice. I think he would do well in a fight with RoTF Megatron. Besides, RoTF Megatron would just retreat.

However, if you're talking about t-rex Megatron, I would have to say that he would lose. :-(

I pretty sure the OP means Transmetal 2 Megatron, aka Dragon Megatron.

Actually I think TM2 Megs was half the size of a normal transformer, just like OpOp he grew when he fused with G1 Megatrons Spark.

Also, Bayformer Decepticons were vulnerable to heat-based weapons, so a fire-breathing dragon has the upper hand here.

Beast Wars Megatron win on the basis of beign, at that point, two Meg for the price of one. Plus the heat based weaponry easily trash ROTF Megatron.

You know what despite the obvious things going against him such as SIZE and bullets problably the size of his arm.. I'm going with BW Megatron because unlike ROTF he's clever and knowing him he'd have something up his sleeve.. Plus if we say the battle is taking part on his grounds by BW logic ROTF Megatron would EXPLODE VIA OVER CHARGE OF ENERGON. Oh and when BW Megatron says there is no power above his he doesn't go and call an old man his master right after.

Silly logic on my part? Yes but your basically asking what would happen if a winged midget fought a giant.

But yeah in all reality most scenarios ROFT would win due to reasons of being much bigger..

actually, Transmetals came after most of the Energon in that area had been destroyed, making it safe to move about in robot form. besides, ROTF Megs wouldn't have exploded, he would have gone into stasis lock.

Thank you for pointing out my mistake, it's been a long time since I watched beast wars. But anyways my vote is still for the bot who turned "Yes" into a catch phrase.

BW TM3 Megatron seems to be the smarter one of the two, with his plans within plans within plans... He took orders from nobody, in contrast to ROTF Megatron, who basically was the Fallen's little pet.

BW Megatron was also able to defeat his Optimus without the need of outnumbering him three to one, though in all fairness, Optimus Prime from the movies opened up a lot more cans of whoop *ss than Primal.

In a fight I think BW Megatron would simply outwit ROTF Megatron, and he will turn ROTF Megs into his own personal b*tch (like Sentinel did in DOTM).

Basically:
IF they are their respective sizes, ROTF Megs would simply step on BW Megs, but if you even them out size-wise, BW Megs would win

BW Transmetal Megatron (Dragon) Can inflict alot of Damage to DOTM Megatron. DOTM Megatron does have an advantage of both size and maybe strenght and overall firepower. But lets face the fact that BW TFs seem to be able to take alot more damage than DOTM Megs. Physically they both have their advantages and disadvantges agianst eachother. DOTM Megs is by no means stupid at all. But BW Megs is more of a master planner (A TF Batman) and far more sneakier, BW Megs would win this fight through cunning and would win the fight before it even got started. If DOTM Megs gets BW Megs in a corner, DOTM would take him, but take alot of damage to do that, but BW Megs would just out smart him in the long run.

Yes I realize TM2 Megatron has a dragon neck+head for one of his arms. however that dragon neck+head arm is extremly poseable & has so many articulated joints in it. compared to the ROTF Leader sized megatron toy with the tank turrent arm with just universal shoulder joints.
