Perhaps not in Starscreams/Blackout's....but when Frenzy gets into Barricade and the cop looks at him, it's the agent.

it's a different actor. all the decepticons have the same holo-pilot.

When Jazz took all the weapons from the men in black guys.
I was trying to imagine what would go through a persons head if huge robots tore apart the car they were riding in, then took the guns they had to make them feel safe with almost no effort. The sitting there just watching does not seem to do it justice. Although maybe they were scared stupid. Even though they knew that there were robots they had no idea if they were going to kill them at that point.

maybe, i think it does look a bit like Banachek.

It looks like they all have the same guy.
