Yes sorta. I had a space, but I'm in the middle of a huge rearrange project that Cap'n Procrastination keeps steering off course.bodrock wrote:carytheone wrote:Congrats on Skids![]()
A cool figure and that Tak deco is killer. Easily one of my fav Lost Lighters.
"polish my hub caps" I checked urban dictionary and I couldn't find which euphemism that is
Thanks Cary! No idea how I didn't see your post earlier, but do you have some space dedicated to the Lost Lighters like some of us do? If so, PICS PLZ![]()

You definitely got the best version of Swerve!
That is not a bad representation of the character, but kind of an awkward figure.william-james88 wrote:Why dont you just get the generations one?
I'm keeping an eye on that set. If it goes just a little on sale I'm jumping. That Cyclonus is really nice and I just received it myself actually.bodrock wrote:And that's what I was thinking with that Tailgate + Cyclonus accessories -- he looks awesome, and I could upgrade a version of Cyclonus I also dig (but need to obtain lol).

Looking at the make toys Tailgate makes me want to paint up the Gen figure to be a better match. White shins and legs and maybe some blue behind the head to make it stand out would be nice.

Nice, if you just got that Cyclonus, then this would be a pretty sweet set to upgrade him - and you could probably find a home for Tailgate, if you wanted to free one up.
william-james88 wrote:Hey bodrock, that Wendigo is destroying me everytime. Since his weakness is fire my idea is to get all the kabusos I can, level them up in free fights and charge the wendigo with my 3 characters one after the other. I dont really know what else to do aside from that.
william-james88 wrote:Loving Devil Survivor! I havent hit a wall again after that wendigo. And summoning other demons mid fight made a huge difference. I also started making elements, but I am not at the right level yet to start using them for making new demons.
I feel abit dumb though, through the splicing, I gave magic powers to strength based demons and strength based powers to magical demons. Though one confuses me a lot. Its a big green bear/goat and while his mag meter is super low, all his attacks are magic based. I dont get it.

I didn't get attached to any demon until about level 42 -- and even then, that demon fell by the wayside, but at that point, you will have a great variety to choose from, depending on the skill-set you need. There are some demons I kept or powered up simply because of their ability to fly or warp distances (these are especially good for rescue missions).

Yeah, I alreayd do that. I get the Waria just so I could move faster and then I switch him out depending on who I am fighting (in my next turn of course).
And holy ****, level 42, wow, I am so low still. I am gonna beef up my magic for now to at least get it to 15.
william-james88 wrote:So you keep your MAG stat low so as to give a bit of a challenge?
bodrock wrote:No need to start over on account of the elementals, Will. They are a good way to customize higher-level demons if you're looking for specific skill-sets on an eventual fusion evolved several iterations from the original elemental.
To be completely honest, I would fuse elementals readily with another demon if it created a good mix of skills & immunities at the moment, rather than keeping them, since levels also limit how powerful a fusion can be (until you unlock the level caps!). I say keep playing, but plan on playing again for a different ending and a different crew.

yeah Keiseke sucks balls. Dont know if I could have gotten another crew member instead, at least this early on. And what you wrote about the elements is chinese to me, I didnt really understand it. My elements only have low level powers since they were created by fusing two low level demons together so they look pretty useless. Just curious but they cant be put into battle?
bodrock wrote:As I found at GameFAQs: The elements also fuse with each other to form the Mitamas. When a Mitama is fused into your monster, it gains bonus stats dependant on the level of the Mitama. Its pretty cheap, but effective to fuse a few mitamas of a certain stat with the skill "Watchful (75% exp gained if not in a team)" and just leave them aside to soak up goodness, then super charging a monster with a heavy chunk of stats.

Intersting but I still dont see how to do it exactly. I dont even know how to give stats to things and I tried fusing elements together but they said the combination was not permitted. So I am bit stumped by this. I even discarded an element since I had no more room for extra demons.
Also Beldr is a real asshole. I was feeling all good about myself for having efficiently beaten a hoard of wendigos and saving some people and then he comes in killing the civilians and me getting a game over. Thanks.
