Arcee
Blurr-kind of looks like a cross between Transtech Cheetor and Animated Prowl.
Jetfire and Jetstorm-look to be the exact same except for the head. Jet modes reminicent of Star Saber's. Jetifre represents fire and Jetstorm represents ice. They're supposed to combine in some way too. I suspect they'll be like the Energon Autobot combiners. May even use the same connectors. Could also combine in jet mode too.
Powered-up Prowl-looks to be same mold but with a side car that transforms into samurai armor.
Perceptor-Looks like G1, just "Animated" and with a bigger head.
That's all I remember.

They promised no Universe Classics repaints!
What you have to understand is, that this new Universe line is made up of Classics and other stuff, while the classics line will be full of new molds, well at least the first line, the other universe figures will be repaints.
If we don't get Uni Classics repaints, how would you like them to handle Bluestreak and Sideswipe?

Intah-wib-buls?

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.
Dead Metal wrote:And besides, the repaints they showed us here, Sivrstreek and Sideswipe are wave 2, at least they seem to be.
Geekee1 wrote:You know what those repaints do? They allow us to get all of those other cool molds like Hound and Cyclonus. Just wait until you guys get to see the pics of them, they're amazing looking.
GetterDragun wrote:Geekee1 wrote:No those pics will not surface until either Hasbro releases them themselves or they debut at SDCC, like last year. If a single picture surfaces on the internet, Hasbro will never give us a preview like we've been getting again. They said as much and very directly as well.
As for Cyclonus, he looks pretty much perfect. He's a darker blue/purple but he looks like the cartoon.
How would you compare it to the Jizai toys one? I never got that one because I'm not into unofficial toys, but if Hasbro did something on par with that, that would be pretty cool.
Seibertron wrote:I don't know how to describe Cyclonus. It was just perfect looking. I was so excited the moment they put the picture up. It was like a "too good to be true" picture ... I haven't had that feeling about a Transformer since the first leaked pics of 20th anniversary Optimus Prime.

It blows away the Jizai toys version. The Jizai toy version looks very much like the animation version of the character (well, at least the robot mode does) ... whereas the Hasbro version looks perfect in both molds and will blow away anything Cyclonus that has ever come before it. I don't know how to describe Cyclonus. It was just perfect looking. I was so excited the moment they put the picture up. It was like a "too good to be true" picture ... What particular homages does it have? A headsculpt exaclty like the G1 cartoon? Thrusters for hands? Reversed wings? What is the color scheme?

It looks like the G1 Targetmaster Cyclonus guys ... but 100% better. It has traditional fists. Targetmaster Nightstick can be held like a regular gun or it can supposedly attach to his hand / end of his arm like the Targetmasters do in the Japanese series. The jet mode looks like his G1 jet mode. The figure is a deluxe figure. Headscuplt is as G1 cartoonish as the rest of the Classics / Universe figures are. Color scheme is a darker, more realistic purple. Has grey. Just like the original.

Yeah ... that about sums it up. Best Classics / Universe figure yet in my opinion.
