Hey, Alpha Trizer has Kenzan's swords, just like GO! Go Prime... in addition to Thundertron's regular sword on his back?

By "forever" I meant in a good while.Diem wrote:Sabrblade wrote:BEST BOTCON TOYS IN FOREVER!!!

I prefer 2010 but it's the best for a while.

The phrase doesn't mean "These are the best ones we've ever gotten." It means "these are the best ones we've gotten since the last best ones, which could potentially still be better than these new best ones."SW's SilverHammer wrote:Sabrblade wrote:By "forever" I meant in a good while.Diem wrote:Sabrblade wrote:BEST BOTCON TOYS IN FOREVER!!!

I like 2006 better.

As for Primal Prime, I really want him, especially if there's no painting required which, save for the silver, it doesn't appear that there is because all the blue, red and white appear to be colored plastics.
I don't have the mold but going by photos of 10th Anniversary Optimus Primal the blue parts of the chest and calves are painted.

Yeah, how the hell did that happen? I suspect that keeping on-theme might not be a high priority this year.

There's actually two themes this year: The Box and the Botcon anniversary. All the non-box figures fit the second "theme" but are still slotted into the first because they needed to be.
I kinda wish they'd just not done fiction this year and had the theme be the two anniversaries.
