I would love to see something along those lines, maybe mixed in with a few eHobby G1 character exclusives using the Classics/Universe 2.0/Generations molds we have.
Actually for the past couple if years, the club has gone on record saying that Diaclone themed exclusives are most likely never going to happen because they worry there isn't enough of a fan base for them, and they'll sell poorly.
I'd still prefer those to the Shattered Glass repaints.
I think E-hobby and variant Masterpieces would beg to differ.SW's SilverHammer wrote:Actually for the past couple if years, the club has gone on record saying that Diaclone themed exclusives are most likely never going to happen because they worry there isn't enough of a fan base for them, and they'll sell poorly.

RiddlerJ wrote:Of course, they could also combine the two. Make Shattered Glass characters whose color schemes are the Diaclone color schemes. The blue Bluestreak, the red Hoist, the white Sunstreaker...

The Red Tracks that E-Hobby re-released...

Both, as I understand it.
SW's SilverHammer wrote:This figure made me realize, in a contemporary setting, I hate the look of pretenders. I find the concept fine, the executionis awful by modern standards, and I don't care if it's intended. In a contemporary setting I find the concept works where the robot and shell aesthetic is combined like skullgrin, thunderwing, black shadow, and bludgeon, or alternatively something more custom like primo's work.
