Well, I guess they couldn't have gone for too long without re-painting good ol' Jetfire... It works, tho. Just give it sometime before some awesome Kitbash artists start coming out with Darkwing made from re-painted Classics RamJet figures.

I'd never think Botcon would comeout with a repaint of an already in production figure and sell it as an exclusive with a fancy new head.
Im think of getting Vector Trion, or Alpha Prime, whatever his name is.

The color scheme works pretty well on him. I think everybody was expecting a Jetfire repaint but I am suprised to see a remolded head. Looks really good and if they were going to repaint a mold, you really can't go wrong with Classics Jetfire, whose probably my favorite of the Classics line.

Damn those box sets are expensive, and It really makes me sad i con't go to the Botcon because of my company being so new and all..darn it!! I will in 2 years prm,ise myself a vacation and a trip to the botcon.. hmmmmmm maybe I should wait till the sequel to the live action movie comes out, it seems like there might be more exclusives content judging by this botcon as a basis..

it'd be nice if they did a Lucky Draw type exclusive instead of a straight repaint. At least it'd be worth the money.
And Punch, I know ur going to argue molds and all that, but come on, all they have to do is plop a new head on a VIOLA! a "new" "exclusive" Transformer.

That's a very nice figure. Nicely done head remold, and good paint apps to boot.
It's just the fact that this is a great looking figure and a popular mold, but isn't as iconic a figure as TC and the two conehead seekers.
I don't mind not having this. I'd like to own it, but if I can't, oh well I guess. Not like those other three seekers, which are a must for any G1 fan...
