Some of us like original concepts. I would have preferred he was in all of his G1 glory like most of the line, but I don't have any problem with new ideas (even if they borrowed it from BotCon many, many years ago).

That was the figure I wanted most from wave 2 and I love him. My favorite voyager of the line so far by a good gap

Hey. If it makes you guys happy, then it's all good. I actually like the concept of the figure, I just feel it was poorly executed in design.

It's kinda bad for Titans Returns (no where sells it) and the Rescue Bots have just recently all vanished too.

The closest Target just sorta has big holes where their Transformers stuff is supposed to go.
At least I sometimes have reason to travel 25 miles or so south where nice big clusters of retail stores exist. Though they tend to get wiped out fairly quickly, and I can't keep an eye on it like I used to.
I have been able to get everything I want from the line eventually so I guess it's been working out well enough.

I dunno, this Target is utterly terrible at keeping Titans Return stocked. I guess Wave 1 shelfwarming isn't so much an issue this time around, but at the same time I fear I may have completely missed the boat on Waves 3-4 (the only ones I care about).
Astrotrain is also a really good one to find, I know many were looking for him and wanting him badly. And now you (can) have him.
To show that its all a matter of perspective, here is my TRU, which appears way better stocked than your image:

But its the same 5 figures 20 times, and as far into TR as your walmart with that same voyager wave, just more of them. So in the end, your situation is the same as mine, I am just reminded of how late we are a lot more
And you shouldnt worry about missing out on wave 3 and 4. Wave 3 is on HTS right now discounted too: https://www.seibertron.com/transformers ... ode/37518/
And Wave 4 has never hit any big box store in the US yet (Walmart/target/TRU) so you cant really miss it if it never appeared. Hasbro said you would see restocks by end of April, so one month and a half to go before fully stocked shelves:
NYToyFair2017 wrote:Regarding inconsistent distribution of Generations and difficulty finding some toys on store shelves, Hasbro team is not aware of any specific cases themselves, but reassure that by the time the "Reveal Your Shield" movie product launch date of April 24th comes, all transformers lines should be seeing plenty of product reaching stores.
Mr Skram wrote:My Walmart is waaay overstocked on waves 1 and 2 TR deluxes. Like, all pegs full plus a bunch stacked on top of the shelf.
More proof that these gen tf toys dont fly off the shelves as some people claim.
Anyways, there was a time when people went to Walgreens and spent $20 on those wave 2s sicne they feared not seeing them, and there they are at your walmart. And a few would kill for that wolfwire, so count yourself lucky you got him in stores.

I got the wave 3 deluxes there before Christmas when they were on sale. The pegs for the deluxes have been empty ever since Christmas, so I've been stopping in on my lunch about twice a week since then in case they get a restock with wave 4. Today I had a moment of joy immediately followed by a massive disappointment. The deluxe pegs were full. With Voltron lions, with tags to match. Not even pegs for generations deluxes anymore.
They are probably changing the shelves and moving the TFs to make a bigger TF display with the movie coming.

Actually, this was a major restock about a month ago. It was pretty barren before this. Though, they didn't exactly fly off the shelves before. It was more of a steady depletion over a fair amount of time. I just hope it doesn't mean they'll hold off ordering the coming waves when it gets hard for them to sell these.
I suppose it could always mean they'll end up in the clearance section. They have loads of Marvel Legends there now which I'm waiting on to drop in price even further(15 bucks isn't enough to tempt me).

I didn't pick up a whole wave from Walgreens luckily, just Mindwipe and Wolfwire. Still, coulda saved about one Legend's worth of cash if I had been patient.

I've seen exactly one Mindwipe in any of the stores in my area, and two Wolfwires. I bought the Mindwipe for my son for his birthday (he loves both TFs and bats) and passed on the Wolfwires. That was late September; I haven't seen either of those two figures in any store ever since that day.
Since mid-December, there have been a total of two new figures from the Generations line in any of the local stores; a TR Voyager Prime and Voyager Megs. And I mean that literally; two new individual TR figures in my whole metropolitan area. We've had some new RID '15 stuff trickling in for the past month, but there has been absolutely NO significant TR re-stock whatsoever since before Christmas in any of the dozen or so store that carry toys in my city.

It's been several Months since Blurr's legion was first spotted in the county next to mine even and still no sign of him around here - and I still don't know if they have dropped legion bisk from the repacks or not - he's in the wave in America but things have gone missing before (like Tank Megatron).
Rescue Bots showed up again but only after the sale was over (annoyingly). But at least I was able to buy a Morbot now.
A lot of the shops around here are getting thin on One steps but I expect it's to much to hope they get the newer wave with Blurr and Sideswipe in it when they restock - those Quillfire & Grey Sideswipe - are just going to sit there forever.

What sucks though is that they restocked the RID legions with the same wave yet again. We never even got the weaponizer subline packaging

But thats because Hasbro released him twice in a row and he is higher priced than the sweet spot of $20-$30 that parents are more familiar with for gifts and toys outside of birthdays and christmas.
My TRU looked very nice today. Not anything I particular want but I like how full and diverse it looked with the latest RID and movie toys.

Everything has "disappeared" what little there was in the case of Sainsbury's it's just gone - but in the case of other places it's both gone and been replaced by Movie toys - it's even effecting things like Rescuebots.
Also ASDA has done exactly what I expected them to do and only got the little kids stuff like 1-steps and armour up changers - they don't even sell legion class let alone Deluxe or Voyagers.
