One of the soldiers yells "Arcee Twins!" giving them their command to go.

Though, I think it should've been "triplets" since there's three of them.

It's meant as "arcee, twins" because right after u see the holo girls appear, they show the twins.

I dunno. Ususally when there's a comma, there's a pause in speech and that soldier didn't pause between "Arcee" and "twins".

The thought that pauses are commas leads to many comma splices. The soldier definitely was talking to Arcee and the Twins.
