Buster Prime, Optimus Primal (remolded head), Bat Primal, TM Primal, Optimal Optimus, BM Primal and Primal Prime

Top of my head I can think of 7
Buster Prime, Optimus Primal (remolded head), Bat Primal, TM Primal, Optimal Optimus, BM Primal and Primal Prime
Cybertron Optimus Prime/Galaxy Convoy and I think the voyager sized Animated Prime had mouthplates you can raise and lower for down 'talking' and up 'battle ready' looks.
