Looks like Beelzeboss has done some listening and gave Chromia weapons ripped from the IDW pages. They're very impressive looking and I look forward to the video review of this set. It's already for pre-order at BBTS. :VEHI:

That was me. The real reason I got it was because I'm a sucker for exclusive figures. Giving his axe to Chromia would've just been a plus

Well I've got Nova Prime now, and I'd only want the halberd out of that set, maybe the shield, but don't have a need for any of the other weapons, so it's a pass for me for now.

Apart from the replacement canopy part, I could see Azim Venksta/Renderform easily knocking the same type weapons out fairly quickly.. perhaps hes already working on them?

But those ISIS chicks give me the creeps. Im suprised you didnt put the classic bonnie and clyde photo with the cigar. Thats what started it all.

The important question is, does the shield actually replace Chromia's cockpit canopy or does it just sit off to the side doing nothing in vehicle mode?

Not that it matters, admittedly, as I'm getting a Shapeways kit to upgrade my PRID Arcee into a Chromia.

It's an extra piece, because Chromia's all pins.

S'funny though. Though I doubt there's a market for it now, I'd buy a 3P CW Slingshot. Thought I'm not losing any sleep over it, HasTaks repaint w/ new head doesn't quite do it for me.

Yea Quickslinger is OK - Brake-Neck is the real standout of the pair.
