Got this guy in an eBay haul with Combiner wars and Titans returns stuff but do not recognise him.

Not even sure he's a transformer given the design apart from being mini-con size and having a 5mm peg, his design is pretty crappy and cheap.

Anyone recognise him?

It's legit, it's the Reflector that came with thrilling 30 legends class Skrapnel; they had legends figures come with a small transforming bot/alt/weapon triple changer to fill out the price point.

That is the Reflector that came with Thrilling 30 Shrapnel. He's specifically based on Viewfinder and is designed to serve as both Reflector's camera mode, and Shrapnel's gun. That would be why he's so cheap - he was an accessory for a Legends-class figure
