I am running a multi world game ,if you have read Heinlein's Number of the Beast you have the rough idea. One of the worlds I want the PCs to go to is one w/ TFs. So I have decided to send them to HMWverse. I am asking you if I can use your characters for this game.
The rough set up: Set about nowish on Earth. Human and Autobot scientists have been working on ways that humans can fight more effectively against Decepticons, without breaking the Prime's order not to just give humans Cybertronian tech. If nothing else if the Autobots don't have to garrison so many troops on Earth to protect it they should make more head way in other theaters. The Decepticons know about the program but have not done anything about it because... well what could humans do anyway? Enter a high ranking ,not inner circle, Decepticon who realizes that this program is potentially dangerous... if nothing else there are so many humans. The Decepticon gathers up, how ever he can, a group of warriors to attack the location(s) where the work is going on.
The PCs show up during a mixed battle of Autobots/Earth military(slightly upgraded) and Decepticons.
I need a Decepticon character who would have the sensors to detect a Space Bridge like energy signature and track it down ...and who would during a battle. Also for this game I will make the assumption that Space Bridges do not open in atmospheres.
The Decepticon leader who leads the attack would be useful too.
Other than that a variety of characters to sprinkle around the canon characters would be cool too. I am planning on using a small section of my team but I do not want to limit myself to them.

Re: Character requests for a pen&paper RPG
I humbly offer Troubleseeker as an Autobot helping the humans.
Originally trained as a scout, Troubleseeker has a hovercraft alt. mode that makes him among the fastest ground-based TFs. His speed and skill allow him to excell in this role, although he needs backup for extended battles. After demonstrating exceptional comptence and daring, Troubleseeker was upgraded with a turret gun on his vehicle mode that is used as a high-power rifle in robot form. This allows him to perform cavalry-style strikes, repeatedly harassing foes and outflanking them. He still relies solely on speed for defense, so a few lucky shots can take him out.
With a speed of over 140 mph (225 kph) and the ability to cross water, Troubleseeker can quickly respond to distress signals, aiding embattled units in the field or distracting an enemy siege force. Troubleseeker has also demonstrated bravery in drawing off enemies by using himself as a diversion, but his yellow paint job is a double-edged sword in these cases; it easily draws attention, but makes him an easier target despite his speed.

Sweet, Heinlein's Number of the Beast is one of my favorite books! I'd do something like this if I had any writing talent whatsoever.
I was about to redo Malicron's bio, as soon as it's done I'd be honored if you used him in your story.
Edit:
Here he is! The new, improved, Malicron!

I don't have the time to read the whole thread just yet, but I'd like to offer some of my Ineptibots. I wouldn't mind participating, too. I'll have to read through the whole concept when I've got a bit more time, though.

In a Galaxy Far Far Awry issue 1: Serial Fiction Sideshow now for sale.
Issue 2: Home Sweet Home Invasion also for sale.
Back issue 3: Technophobia coming soon. And you can help!

Re: Character requests for a pen&paper RPG
After reading the posts so far, I think there is a misconception here. I am running a pen&paper RPG ,w/dice ,using GURPS not writing a story. If I misunderstood you sorry.

So, no cons other than Malicron? I guess I could make some up but I wanted to tap minds other than myself.
It's ok.

Gothika,
Would any of them fit this role?
I need a Decepticon character who would have the sensors to detect a Space Bridge like energy signature and track it down ...and who would during a battle. Also for this game I will make the assumption that Space Bridges do not open in atmospheres.
If so I would like a bio. It will be several weeks before I send them to this world so no rush.

Yeah, I'll make one of the jets remarkably sensitive to signals, oh yeah, they're a bit cuckoo hope that won't be a problem
And i'll get on that immediately
EDIT: Here you go, hopefully, he'll help you out
Crisis Ghost
And in case you need any spares, heres Asgard's Hunter as well
