I'm going to be stalling for time in The Convergence with Acid Storm.

Probably won't be an issue in the end, but Cas applied for Nova Storm and we want to have him join up... He'd be a few moments behind the other two at this point, so while we.wait for approval and Nova potentially catching up, I need to keep thing from going too far ahead.

I don't see why that'd be a problem.

Cascadia, you could just go on ahead if that's what you want. Have Nova Storm appear after you get him approved. Like he was there all along or just caught up or what have you. You don't have to wait if you don't want to. You also don't have to come along with Sparkstalker's group if you don't want to. I just thought I'd offer.

Did we need to rush through this?

Nova really needs to be up with the rest before Acid and Ion start moving

My above post sounds a little clipped. Sorry! I was in the car posting at red lights (I've gotten good at that since Earth Wars came along, but it always sounds clipped when it shouldn't!:p)

It might be awhile before I get Nova Storm approved. I am still new to this RP so I am trying to learn the ropes to it and trying to figure things out.

Yeah, I gotcha. My advice is just to play and have fun and not wait. It's not hard to say, oh he was with us the whole time, tagging along when you introduce him. In the end, its up to you, but that's just my two cents.

I know...I have been RPing since 2008 but on different boards. Each board has different formats and rules. Right now, I am just trying to figure out the current plot.

I would just feel more comfortable if we didn't have to say...

'Nova Storm, who just happened to be here all along, just never said anything's

It will likely not take long at all, no one may even get a chance to post before we iron things out with Nova, I just wanted to make sure everyone knew I was stalling for a reason

My last post for Triggerhappy at the Convergence I deleted since talking to Fox about some issues regarding the plot, and where I need to take a different direction with him. Gonna do a new post to replace that one. Just FYI.

I know I posted a lot at the Autobot Guardian, but I have three characters there I wanted to write for, and since they are all in the same location there's a lot of back and forth. So just wanted to say, to anyone who just came from the Mess Hall, feel free to back up in time a bit if you need to reply to something previous before continuing. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Nova Storm has been approved. I have done my post to bring him in. It is not super great in my opinion since I have never played him before even though I know how he goes. We can push on forward with the near primary mineshaft location in the Convergence thread.

Gonna be taking a trip for a week, so I can't really post that much. Super sorry!

Have.fun on your trip. If you do not get a chance to post, I wouldn't worry about it...we will be here when you return.

Don't worry, nothing is going to blow up unless you happen to be in front of Megatron's fusion cannon. If you are, no guarantees. Seriously it will be fine. I wish I could be one of those who post at least once a week instead of monster spurts.

If I may make a suggestion, maybe we should think about making an "application workshop" type of thread to help those new to the process get help writing apps?

We have a lot of people who very nearly qualify as experts who could write up a comprehensive guide outlining what you're looking for in an app and sample. That way new people would have a place to get ideas talk out about expectations for apps.

I fully agree. Writing character profiles can be considered as both an art form but also a science. With some guidance, new people can learn what makes a good profile.
