Im going to be a wreck by mid-May

Anyway, I went to BotCon yesterday. Best. Day. Of. My. Life. Hands. Down.
I got G1 Tracks and Cosmos, this years copy of Shattered Glass, a commissioned sketch of my fan character from my artistic hero, Ty-Chou, got some signed posters from one of the artists from IDW, saw a preview of the gameplay from Fall of Cybertron, got a signed poster of Starscream from the game director of Fall of Cybertron, saw Dan Gilvezan, Buster Jones, and Simon Furman, and went to the panel with Garry Chalk and Davis Kaye and ASKED THEM A QUESTION! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *fangirl squeals*
Yeah, it was epic. I felt so at home because I could talk to anyone as much as I wanted to about Transformers and they would actually listen. Not a luxury I usually get in the real world.

I've had some trouble bouncing back from the surgery I had back in January and thus far holding down any food or liquids has become very difficult as has been moving around. And I'm fairly certain that blood coming up is a bad thing too.
I gave a call to my surgeon and some new meds were prescribed. With any luck I should start to feel some what better by Thursday. If not it's off to the hospital for a test or two.
Keep your fingers crossed these meds help; because I'm in no mood to go to any hospital.
Oh,and don't worry, since I'm stuck at home and can't move around too much I can still get my posting done.

Deltabot wrote:How many Dragon Ball Z characters does it take to change a lightbulb?
Just one, but it's going to take about 5 episodes.

Sounds to me as if somebody hasn't heard of Dragon Ball Z Kai![]()
If we hadn't made it, the Stag would very definitely be a contender for this years Darwin awards. Law of the Stag prohibits too manty details, but just believe me when I say we were just as likely to drown because we were laughing too hard to row properly, than from being dragged along by the current. It still makes me chuckle when I think about what happened.Trickster wrote:Psychout wrote:If it makes you feel any better I nearly died on Saturday (IRL) as our stag-weekend canoeing trip went hilariously wrong and we capsized in the middle of the white water section of the ride and were dragged half a mile down the river, nearly losing the boat, Stag and our deposit in the process.
I love it how you manage to combine "nearly died" and an emphasized "hilariously" in the same sentence. lol
Remove the "[quote/]" after the wink smiley and replace it with the second of the "[/quote]" boxes, that should do the job.Deltabot wrote:Edit: So far when I've tried to fix the quote mistake it wouldn't fix itself. Hopefully typing something along with it will help.

I'd have fixed your post for you, but this isn't HMW and I have to behave in here.

That's a weekend I won't forget in a hurry. Loved it though, nothing like a near-death experience to give you the best adrenaline rush of your life eh?
