Geez, Em. I thought you were supposed to be in recovery! Not tearing yourself up again. Well, we'll keep your spot warm. I'll even pitch in with the cake!

There is no such thing as recovery! Especially when you have a 6 year old. And when you're addicted to going to the gym.

Had to modify my push-ups! Doing them on my knuckles now...so much easier. But I only do weight training 6 days a week and do cardio 3 days a week so there really isn't much pressure on my wrist.

Oh, no cake for me thanks. Can't have it.

Anywho, I'm nearly done with a post so it will probably be up in a little while.

Death by weight lifting would be...perfect.

I figure it this way...no pain, no fun. Knuckle push-ups = fun. Plank = fun. Crossover side plank = fun. Double mountain climber = fun. I could go on but why take my word for it!

And can't have protein shakes, sorry.

Oh gosh I hate protein shakes; disgusting stuff. Some horrible memories from when I first got my braces. I had to drink that stuff pretty much every meal. Ulck.

I'm not a health junkie, but I do box with a sandbag and speed bag occasionally.

Anyway, I was about to put together a post for Skalor, and this is rather embarrassing to say, but I actually got left behind. Where do I, ah, pick him back up?

Very severe weather is currently moving into my area in South Jersey. I may lose power. So, if I'm not around for a few days that's why. Hopefully, that won't happen.

Alrighty. First recital done two more to go. Arrived at the school at 4:45 pm this afternoon and got home at 10:30 pm.

Tomorrow: at the school by 10:30 am possibly out at 4:30 pm. Then back to the school by 6:00 pm then home by 10:30 pm.

After that, dance is finished until the Fall.

I hope I live through this. LOL
