Just to clarify, the "rock lords" were not created on top of Ayers Rock. They were only created down below around the base and are walking away from the mountain towards the Cybertronian forces still positioned down there.

Just updated my last Uluru post to include Skywarp's reaction to being knocked out by Darkride.

Okay all. Things seem to have slowed a bit...not sure for how long. But I've been team teaching quite a bit. Monday nights have been busy since I teach my RPM class at 6 to 6:45 and then run upstairs to team teach Pump at 7 to 8.

All this practicing and teaching seems to have paid off. I've been given the go ahead to teach one of the Pump instructor's classes on my own! No other instructors just me and the members! That's happening on the 17th in the morning.

My video is due on the 28th so I'll be recording for that on Wednesday the 19th. With luck I'll pass on the first taping.

Sooo, when I pass the instructor I've been working with wants me to take his Monday nights since he prefers early morning teaching.

So yeah, things are coming down to the wire and I'm feeling confident that things will go well.

On the flip side last Tuesday was probably one of the worst days of my life. I had to say goodbye to one of my babies. I made the decision to put my cat, Foxy down. She had been sick for about a year and she was getting worse. Everyone has been telling me that it was probably for the best. I never knew the best could feel so wrong.

I was planning on not getting another cat for a while, but I've had two for so long I just couldn't stand being without a second cat. So, tomorrow I will be picking up our new addition! Sherman will be coming home. I adopted him from the same shelter as Foxy and my dog, Annie.

Popping in to give you skies an update!

So about a year ago, I started working on my book. Figured, "Hey, it won't get that much further than 50,000 words." Boy, was I mistaken. I've been working hard ever since then, juggling my fanfiction, my novel, school and this all in the air at the same time. Man did I put a lot of stuff on the backburner.

But, as of today, I am pleased to announce that I have finished writing my novel, christened "Magnamodem", clocking in at a pre-edit total of 206,200 words! Here's to publishing it soon! Cheers!

Going to tape in the early morning. I'll tape again and whichever turns out best, well, that'll be the one I'm sending for assessment.

While I wait for the results of my assessment I get to learn the new RPM release I just got yesterday. And then when I pass my PUMP evaluation I'll start learning the new release, which I got yesterday too.

Due to inactivity, the following characters are now available and free for application: Grimlock, Soundwave and Thunderwing. Starscream will also be available, but Ember will have first refusal rights on him since he was in her care not long ago. Anyone who's interested can submit an application over the course of this week. Reassignments will be made from the applications that are submitted. You are welcome to use the already pre-approved profiles but the sample posts must be your own. Decisions will be made primarily based on both the quality of the sample post in terms of reflecting the player's grasp of the character as well as the player's activity levels up to this point. All of the above characters will require a sample from each applicant due to the character's significance and/or power levels. Megatron has already been reassigned. Overlord will not be available for application until a later date.

I've been reading some of the more recent stories, and enjoying them so much I wanted to:

1) let you all know how much I've been enjoying your stories

and

2) I admit to being a little confused since the stories take place over many places. Can someone give a synopsis of it all so far (or am I being a bit demanding). I admit I get short attention span set in when I'm not up to speed.

So for one, thank you on behalf of all my fellow rpers for your appreciation of our stories! And two, sure I can give you a little synopsis of some of the threads.

Let's see. On Earth! We have the Decepticons and Autobots joining forces in an unlikely alliance against the Fallen! A flaming demigod whose singular wish is for the extinction of the Cybertronian race. He's summoned fire birds and rock lord for our heroes to fight while he deals with those who attack him on top of the top. Friends, idols, and significant others have fallen in battle with those who remain to grieve and try to survive. All the while, personalities clash as the Autobots and Decepticons try not to turn on each other during the chaos.

In Convergence, the Autobot prison of Garrus 9 has fallen to the Decepticons. An ancient scientist named Jhiaxus is freed to work on the combiners, but he seems to have his own agenda, loyal to neither cause. The Autobots are now the prisoners, being moved to the mines while the Decepticons secure and raid the prison of valuable information. Down below the prison, a party of Decepticons and two Autobot hostages try to gain access to Aequitas, the guilt judgement machine made by chief Justice Tyrest. But Rung, one of the Autobot hostages, has awoken someone to help in the Autobots' desperate plight: Omega Supreme.

Those are the two main threads. In the smaller threads you have smaller stories.

In the Kol System, Thunderclash and his Autobots are being hunted by Skyquake and his predators in the Nemesis. Marooned on a graveyard world, Thunderclash and friends fight to survive as their resources dwindle and they are hunted down. Fortunately for them, the female Autobots have arrived, headed by Elita-1. She and Roulette are infiltrating the Nemesis on a top secret assignment from Prowl while Chromia and her femmes aid Thunderclash down on the surface.

In Justice Served, we have the Decepticon Justice Division in all their glory. They are hunting down the next prey on the infamous List: Megadeath. Megadeath is a crazed, insane, and brilliant Decepticon scientist with a penchant for mass homicide. In all other respects, a welcome soldier in the Decepticon ranks if only he had not committed treason. Now the DJD hunt their quarry with a delight rarely seen but often spoken of in hushed, frightened whispers of the Con ranks. Having dealt with Megadeath's subordinates, the five justice's attention now refocus on their primary quarry.

We can try to answer questions about particular characters as well. Foxfire did a great summary of things. It is safe to assume once the Fallen is taken care of the Cons and Bots will be at each others throats again after they resurrect themselves from the heavy damages they are taking against the Fallen. If there are any other questions feel free to answer and if you want to join in at any time, drop in an application.

This is sad to say, but I've been so busy lately even I didn't know what was going on in game. Kudos, Fox, my dear! Kudos!

Oh thank ypu Foxfire! I was afraid i was missing something important because of the different settings. Just in case there was interconnected (beyond the usual 'Bots/'Cons relationships)

I've been a long time message board rper, but I've always been best with my own created characters, I'm too afraid to tackle a character that already has a story for fear of messing it up (a lot).

There are plenty of canon characters who are basically blank slates. They have their stats and a quote with maybe one line of history to them. Those are probably a mixture of freedom of original character and yet still be considered canon who are easier to fit in at times. If you do go with a canon, we do help you along if you get stuck on what to do.

That said, you could certainly apply for a fanmade (ie, your own) character also. You just have to be more mindful of limitations with those.

I have two requests, one for players and one for mods. The first request is anyone who has injured or stasis locked characters in the Fallen thread please PM me the locations\characters. I'll have the Protectobots pick them up and take them back to the shuttles.

Request #2 Correct me if I'm wrong but we have flying sand\glass, strong winds, the stone golems, and fire birds? Did the Fallen remove any of the earlier things when he summoned the golems and fire birds?

Yes, we have the sand/glass, winds, golems and fire birds. No, the Fallen did not remove any of the earlier things. The fire tornadoes are also still there.

I am still working my way through The Convergence (I have read through the other active threads), I really do like the way things run around here. Too many times I've seen things ruined because someone comes in and goes into god mode and spoils everyone's fun. It makes it all the more tempting (as I like strict games so no one gets trampled).
I came to the conclusion this morning when I had [absolutely] no distractions (the power went out :/ ) that I could probably handle [my beloved]Soundwave for a cannon character, but I would never dare on that one, since its a major character. But I will keep considering things (I also briefly considered Shrapnel, which is funny coming from me since I hated him in the G1 cartoon, but in FOC he grew on me).

Once I finish reading, the paranoia in me fears I will miss something important if I don't read everything.

Everyone misses summit important but others adapt and work with you

Indeed! We all help each other like a lovely little family here. If you have any questions, any of us will be more than happy to assist you in any way we can. Canons are typically recommended because they have a profile already written, and with fanmades, you have to make one up entirely from the blank template.
