Has anyone had any experience in buying CHMS seekers (especially Skywarp) from KO Toys? And if so what are your experiences, good and bad welcome.

I haven't, but I hear the quality is pretty close. Theres a thread about this up top, about third parties and KOs and stuff. If someone can't help you better there, then there is no hope, hahah.

I did have a peek in that thread but its a bit packed in there and feard my question may be missed but thanks for the reply.

Maybe google in CHMS and Seibertron, or use the advanced search window in the top right of the page. I know the subject has been tackled before, with reviews and the such. Check out YouTube reviews too.

You can also pick some of them up at Aces Toy Store too. It is located in the U.S. and should have less of a problem contacting an honest person if there is an issue.

I have only ordered from KOtoys once, that was enough for me. I have ordered from Aces a couple of times.

The CHMS stuff is pretty good for a KO.

There perfect - end of

Simply talk to Kate (i MEAN kate not tom) and just tell her what you want and she can sort it

Quality wise there perfect and even better than the originals. My ko Henkei seekers chrome is fair superior to my offical seekers chrome. My real skywarps chrome has started to flake while my KO henkei thundercrackers is perfect and doesnt chip or flake or anything

Best of all is the GHOST seekers such as Henkei Ghost starscream/thundercrack/ramjet/dirge and thrust

Ghost skywarps alright but his black is way to dark

They all have nice tight joints and perfect paint apps. i own all the CHMS seekers and recently got Henkei sunstorm and there all fantastic

Do you have Skywarp Henkei KO (also refered to as Version 2 I think) if so is he any better or worse than the other moulds? he is the only one I am interested in, also who did you oder through? Was it KO toys?

I've purchased the CHMS seekers for my son (so he doesn't touch my originals). They are good, but definitely not perfect.

My biggest complaint is that the fists on a few are hard to fold out of the forearms. So hard on some that I have to take a small flat head screwdriver to wedge them out. Others have a few loose joints, but nothing major. They are decent and a nice option for otherwise unavailable repaints.

edit: I purchased mine from KOToys. No issues on my order, just took a little while to arrive.

I bought Starscream and Skywarp from them and don't have any complaints. I don't care that they are KOs cause the going price for the original classics ones are for suckers (at least the ones I found). I have to agree with DISCHARGE about using Acestoystore.com though, they are fantastic and get your order to you lightning fast.

I grabbed a KO Henkei Ramjet from Aces (could only find high priced ones from China on ebay, which I suspect were just KO's anyway) and a v2 Sunstorm (the orange/Creamsicle colored one) and they are both marvelous. The hips are a bit loose, but the figures still stand up just fine in bot mode and look good in jet mode too.

Aces ships fast too, so I didn't have to wait long, it's also nice that they give you the option of purchasing without any packaging, just bagged, which is cheaper and ideal for me since I take all my TF's out of the box for play and display anyway
