It would make the dino mode more poseable. The robot mode really kicks ass, but the dino-mode is only slightly better than the unmodified toy. A segmented tail from TM Megatron or Classics Grimlock would have made a cool neck I think, though I suppose it might clash with the rest of the design.

Dang! Now that is freakin' creative. I've customized figures with legs that transform the same way as Sludge's and I've usually just rounded down the heals. That makes for a loss in balance of and messier design, but you've come up with a fantastic way around that issue.
