I feel like a spring chicken compared to you guys ;-)

though I think dmax may be the youngest. Galactic Battleground is the age of empires one (its the same engine and same resources pretty much...and same type of battle system)

All this talk of retro gaming is making me miss my collection. I had to sell it because of our house move, there was just no room for it all

though I have promised to rebuild it if my books take off.

Holy cats all the old SW games. I actually bought an Xbox back in the day JUST BECAUSE they had the most Star Wars games! And then I bought a Game Cube to go with it to fill out the library :lol:

Hey Cob, I figured something out: If you get MP-36+ and I get MP-43, we can mess around with our buys and then play swap for a bit, so we only have to buy 1 each and enjoy both!

Hey Cob, I figured something out: If you get MP-36+ and I get MP-43, we can mess around with our buys and then play swap for a bit, so we only have to buy 1 each and enjoy both!

This is actually an idea I've toyed around with. Either a figure swap or rental service. But would this work for collectors and where's the accountability?

Sometimes I just want a taste and not to own. Thoughts? :-?

I wouldn't mind this either. Give myself a taste of the mold and see if I really want to get it. Or maybe it's a thing where I get it, enjoy it for a bit, and then realize It's not exactly what I want.

I feel like collectors would be slightly more accountable, and I would trust any of you, but still risky business

D, I like where your coming from, but I'll be perfectly honest. My OCD kicks in real hard at the thought of that. I'm pretty loosey-goosey in all matters of life. A real mellow cat, but when it comes to the collection, I'm pretty anal. Especially when we are talking $250 high end collectables.

Just got a shipping update, my Amazony Prime got bumped up to Monday delivery. I'm hoping they get nuts and squeeze him in by Friday or Saturday or hell even Sunday (which they do if you didn't know). I was amazed when a postal worker knocked on our door one Sunday.

I was grateful but it really could have waited until Monday. I hope the Sunday delivery peeps make that sweet OT. ;)^

Here's my thoughts on figure swapping, whenever I borrow anything from anyone it goes back to them in better condition than I received it. I've been like that my whole life. So, I'm the best person to trade stuff with ever in the history of things. And the few of you that picked up stuff from me can vouch for that too. ;)^

As for Blink-182, HOW CAN YOU NOT LIKE THEM?! That may have been one of the first songs I got a MP3 of and burned to a disc at 1x speed. I played it over. And over. And over. And over. And over.

So yeah! He is dope AF! This is my first time with the mold. Still unsure if I'll ever grab the reg release. I just have so many great Prime toys that fit all the little niches in the collection. But, I'm psyched Nemy here gave me an excuse to party this mold. He is a super fun toy, with a super fun gimmick. I don't even care how lumpy the back of the truck cab is. As a whole he is a really neat and fun toy. A TOY! Not a MP high end collectible. A TOY! A FUN **** TOY! Love it!

The only gripe I have is that his hips and ankles are super loose in evolved mode. Especially his ankles.
Really have to finagle him to balance, but able to pull off some great poses.

Oh, and A-Bom stopped by to say thanks for the sword!

Giza is totes my favorite part of the NemmyPackage. Who ever said there was a problem or the PotPie Prime mold wasn't fun is full of bull. You hit the nail on the head, it's a fun toy, just like Rodimus. Heh, I can't wait to take pics of the two Nemmy Bros.

Hella paint job, ton of dope accessories, fun to transform, poses great in both modes. Generally speaking a great exclusive release.

PS. I love the severed heads of Grapple on the shelf in the back.

PPS. I'm playing with NemmyP right now while we watch MST3K, the rich stuff ;)^

Runnin' 'round town hunting for PMs, Legends, and TJ Cogmaxx hasn't been completely fruitless.

I had all but written off ever getting this guy. I'd seen him around plenty, but since my RID collection is packed away I figured I'd just let it go.
Well for 50% off I figured, why the hell not.

I'm glad I nabbed him. He is simple and dumb, and the orange is obnoxious, but I think that's fun.

I have been playing with these two a lot lately. They seemed like the perfect hero's to battle Abominus's currant rampage of terror. They really are pretty dang awesome. Super pumped for Repugnus!

So you guys remember that interview I did about my collection shot by Seib user Decepticon Finishline? Well he reached out to me last week to see if I wanted to hang. Sure I do! He came in to town and we grabbed some grub and did a some toy hunting together. Always fun to have a partner in crime! ;)^

I took him to this vintage geek shop I just discovered about a month or two ago. Great place! Not a ton of TFs but the potential is there, and it's just nice to know a place like this exists.

Anyway, watching all the fun Bod has been having, and seeing Cram pull out his old collection inspired me to pick up these lil fellas.

Micromaster Sports Car Patrol. Well, 3/4 of it anyway.

Roadhugger, Blackjack, and Hyperdrive.

I got 3/4 of the Decepticon Airstrike Patrol years ago as a gift from a friend, so I thought it would be fun to have some Autobots to face off with. After doing my research (I know next to nothing about Micromasters) I discovered the SCP are also Decepticons! :lol:

Oh well, any arm of Micro Cons is cool too!

These pics make me happy.

Wow, Nemesis Prime looks as wicked as expected. I like vanilla PotP Optimus, so dig the mold, but love the differences in headsculpt and weaponry! I only have Punch coming for Amazon exclusives, but I am enjoying seeing the toy hauls.

Awwww yeah, MICROMASTERS, Cobo! They are little bricks, but that gives them dat G1 appeal.
