For me, I have the 1 coffee in the morning, and that's it. I'm good to go.

2 smallish teaspoons of coffee, 1 teaspoon of sugar, hot water and a bit of milk. Yeah, pretty boring, but that does it for me.

Coffee isn't a have to have each morning for me. But when I do want it I don't want to make it so I got to the local doughnut shop they have pretty good coffee. My husband can tell you, that I probably have more milk and sugar in my coffee than coffee itself, but hey that is what I like. :wink:

I love coffee. I drink it all day, there were a couple years where honestly that was all I drank, day and night, everyday.

Now I drink about 2-3 X-Large cups a day, at the very least, 1 X-Large cup per day.

I prefer Dunkin' Donuts to Starbucks, Starbucks tastes like burnt ass to me, it always tastes like old coffee that's been sitting on the burner turning into mud.

I have a Dunkin' Donuts 1 block from my house, so my addiction level is pretty high I guess, I'm there daily, rain or shine.

If I don't drink coffee at all during the day, by 7-8 o'clock at night you can actually see my temples throbbing and pulsating, the headache is that bad.

So yeah, highly addicted to caffeine. I've actually been cutting down lately and am considering switching to fruit juice or something during the day and limiting coffee to just the morning or just one cup, because honestly I'm getting tired of the headaches. They're actually really bad, migraine level. Light, sound, all hurts. Drink a big cup of coffee really quick and it goes away.

That can't be good.

Yea, you're definately over the limit to where it affects your body.

My doctor explained that once you hit the 5 cup a day mark you are affecting your blood pressure. (and probably other things)

Long term risks of high blood pressure are actually kind of scary. Not so much for the 'you might die' part, but more for the 'a blood vessel in your brain could burst and you cease to be you' part.

In other more pleasant news. I got my coffee Mini-Cons! Thanks Japan for being weird!

What is strange is how much coffee I drink and I have great blood pressure.

Coffee good, expresso even better.

I like my regular coffee very strong, add one cream, 4-6 spoons of sugar.
Expresso one or two shots, steamed milk, shot of caramel, 2 spoons of sugar.

I drink coffee all day and night. I drink it black. I drink it with cream and sugar. I drink espresso. I have coffee pulsing through my veins...literally it's hangin on a drip as we speak. Ok that last one was an exaggeration.

But the fact that i had a cup of coffee in hand all night long is why I'm still awake now when i need to be asleep. I drink a minimum of two pots a day, at least three while at work...

yeah...i get severe headaches if i don't have atleast a cup

I am fortunate enough not to get headaches without it. I drink it because I like it. Every time I get pregnant I quit until I am well past the threat of miscarriage. I never had the shakes or headaches from quitting.

Yes, weird they are.

And I can see I'm still in the minority for liking black coffee but I'll stand my ground.

Brands: Maxwell House or Folgers.
Whichever one enough instant creamer to turn the coffee between and light to lighter beige and two packs equal. Yeah, yummy.

Drink it when sleepy and at work. Unfortunately I can't drink daily; doing so less than a week I get hyper.
