For those that indulge in the fine wakey wakey brew, what do you prefer?

Coffee or expresso?

Black or full of delicous milk and sugar?

Do you in fact, have a Starbucks Credit Card?

I'm not addicted to coffee, but does caffeine in any form count? I like me a Diet Coke with ice, and I was afraid I was addicted to it. But I've managed to hold back a lot now. Used to enjoy two cans a night, but now it's one can every so often... weekly maybe. I've had it with aspartame. If it's not causing cancer last week or Parkinson's this week, they'll catch it on something. It's just a matter of time.

Eh. Come to think of it, maybe it was the aspartame I was addicted to.

I drink coffee most of the day. I have it with cream and sugar.
I am too cheap for starbucks though. I prefer home brew. My addiction level is to a point that if I run out of coffee I will leave the house and beg neighbors for a sip of delicious coffee!

Aw, yeah. Nothing starts the day like that hot, medium-brown sweet brew. Two cups in the morning, one in the afternoon, more during winter, because of my freezing-ass work environment. And I'll dip into a coffee shop, now and then, for a mocha.

Not sure I'm addicted, I went off caffeine for about 3-4yrs after college, but that was before a hot job opportunity came along. Then, it was back on the hog. I'm weak.

Finally a coffee thread ^_^ I pretty much live of the stuff just to keep awake. Also it helps my gameplaying as well, lol. I sometimes drink alot of flavoured coffees as well as just the plain old thing, which ever tastes good really.

I brew my own expresso.

It's one of the best investments we made in the past 2 years.

Regular coffee tends to not be cool with my stomach. I don't drink a lot of anything in one sitting, so 2-3 cups of coffee makes me feel all bleh.

But man, package that power up in expresso and I'm your huckleberry.

Lattes, cappucino, mocha, it's all good.

Right before a night of fighting games? It's competitive edge baby.

Fuel for fast twitch reflex power. :grin:

I'll have a cup of it every now and then. I am super picky however. McDonalds coffee is horrible. The only stuff I can actually drink is Duncan Donuts. And I have to grind that myself. 3 sugar, 2 cream.

I stopped drinking coffee, and pop, after I found out that my local medical supplies store had a going out of business sale.

So now every day I start myself off with a nice IV of caffeine straight into the blood stream. :grin:

I drink coffee every day. I like it with some of the flavors like Irish cream of French vanilla, but I can drink it black too.
Most of the time I make my own but if I go out I get it at WAWA or Dunkin, and some times if I get a gift card Starbucks, but I hate Mcdonalds coffee taste like piss to me. I drink about two twenty four ounce cups a day but if I do some late night O.T. I will drink a whole pot of it.

Oh yes coffee. Everyday, milk and suger, preferrably made at home. I'll go out for dinner with my girlfriend and order coffee with my meal and she'll be all like "Oh, it's so late it the day, what are you doing?" She doesn't drink coffee, and yet somehow, we get along just fine....

there was a time when i would wake up to a pint of diet coke, have a large latte on the train to work, drink another 2 litres of coke while at work, then have a half litre bottle on the train home, and then another 2 litre bottle of coke at home, before pouring another pint of diet coke in case i got thirsty in the night.

i'm still on about two litres od diet coke a day.

I drink 3 cups a day every day. I guess it actually amounts to "6 cups" in terms of the cup measurement but its 3 normal coffee mug size cups. I prefer sugar and cream in my coffee however if its really good coffee ie starbucks, millstone, Dunkin Donuts I can drink it black. I'm impartial to how I drink it. I like frappuccinos, cappuccinos, Iced Coffee, Arby's Jamoca Milk Shakes, etc. Coffee just rocks period!

What's all this cream and sugar french vanilla mocha latte cappucino crap about?

Black is where it's at, my friends.

Of course, my store has plenty of customers who are into all that extra stuff, I once counted a guy putting no less than 17 suigar packets into a 20 oz cup (with half and half also of course)

But to me, if it isn't black, it isn't really coffee.

If you boys want sugar laced caffeine I suggest a Monster BFC instead. 32 oz of sugar, caffeine, jitters and calories.

When I am forced to otherwise drink plain coffee, much like Ad-Rock, I like my sugar and cream with coffee.

Black coffee - no cream or sugar. Usually I drink home brewed (who's home varies though). My personal record is 2+ pots of black coffee on a Saturday morning back home. They kept refilling my cup and I kept drinking..... :grin:

I think I'm one of the few that can't stand Starbucks. If I'm really desperate I'll put cream and 3-4 sugars in a cup so that I can have some coffee..... Now Caribou Coffee, that's good stuff! But normally I am too cheap/poor for anything but home-brew or the regular stuff at a cafe.

I have to be careful with my caffeine consumption though: if I drink more than about 2 cups a morning for a few weeks I get a nasty sinus headache and have to quite caffeine cold-turkey for about 4 days to clear it up... :sad:
