It is awesome, i was a little hesitant about buying it but i think it goes well with Bulkhead.

Looks great! Your Titan shelf is the highlight for sure. And I love all the artwork on the walls. Personally, I'd give the hammer to Ultra Magnus, but it looks good on Bulkhead too.

Thanks @Rodimus Prime. No doubt that hammer would great with UM. Guess i ought to see how my NF version of UM looks with that hammer in hand.

Just wanted to update a photo on my diorama im working on. I still have some areas to work on. I want to highlight the cybertronian letters on the back wall door, thats my rank in the Army. Thought that would be cool to do.

I was finally able to finish up my diorama I have for my Netflix Transformer shelf. The photos i have included show the left and right side before they went into the case. The remaining three photos are of each section. Going back to the Decepticon side, i decided to go back and redo a few things; adding some small details. A main one to point out, i did the outside border of the red banners to better replicate how they where in the show. I am very happy with how they turned out.

Overall i am happy with how it turned out. While it was a different approach from my BW diorama, I enjoyed building this one.

Lastly, i included a shot of both shelves in my one case.

In this post i want to share the latest addition to my BW diorama. From the Buzzworthy Creatures Collide 4 pack, I switch out Kindgom Scorponok with this new variant from this set. Even though i had some QC issues i definitely like this version much better. He looks good amongst his fellow Predacons.

The second photo is of G1 Greasepit. A little back story on him. My wife’s boys are grown and doing great things in the world but they had a lot of great toys growing up. More so, a lot of GI Joe toys but apparently they slipped in one or two Transformers. While going through some containers, I found bits and pieces of the Micromaster Station Greasepit I was able to dig through the containers and piece together a good portion of this set. Things that where missing was Greasepit himself, ramp, a portion of the base, and the red gas sign. My G1 collection only covers 1984 to 1988; excluding the Pretenders from 1988 but i was curious about finding all the pieces to make this set complete. So over the past few months i have been able to buy, Greasepit himself, the ramp, and the one portion of the base that was missing ; leaving the gas sign. I would assume people in hell will get ice water before i find that piece, it was neat to get this set almost complete. A side note though, it could use a sticker sheet, there was no stickers applied to the original part i found.

Here is GS Cyclonus next to 1987 Cyclonus. Other than the obvious differences, I would say HasTak got the dark purple color right. Of course my G1 version needs some stickers. I haven't decided whether or not to apply the ones for the GS version.

Still the sad part of the GS version is the loose shoulders. I actually tried to tighten the screws on the back side but no luck. I just need to try something else.

Appreciate it D, I thought it came out pretty good to include the damage effects i added to him and the worn look effects.

In my quest on completing my G2 Devastator (orange version) i was able to finally find Hook and for a decent price so to speak. Unfortunately, it was just him and no accessories. However, it was enough to get him all combined. That leaves me finding the cannon that mounts on his head and the small chest piece. I have included a shot with the Yellow and Orange version together in my one case.

The next addition is from the Velocitron line, Override. I have a photo of the Energon version with this newer version. My only wishes would be that the newer one came with a Cyber Key. In addition wish the newer one had the painted gold app on top of the feet and on the weapon, the wing pieces painting red like the older version.

Awesome G2 news, love me some G2 news

A quick update, i was actually able to find the cannon that mounts to the head a few days ago, so now all i need is the small chest piece.

The other part of having a collection is maintaining it, more so dusting exposed Transformers or cleaning glass like in my case. I will say dusting off all my Transformers on the display cases can be alittle time consuming but it gives me a chance to rearrange them. The other part of maintaining is the lightning for the cases. Because of how my display cases are made, i chose to install battery operated disc type lights. Needless to say, it can get expensive with batteries.

To me it is just awesome to sit on the floor in my room looking at the display cases all lit up. In the photos attached is my G1 collection (left side) and the right case has my European/Japanese, G2, RID 2001, and Armada lines.

My latest addition to the collection, Legacy Cybertron Universe Metroplex. The photos attached show him along side his original version from the UT line. In addition, while in his vehicle mode i added some help with weapons and blast effects. Pretty neat you have this option as well.

I hear you on that. I wasn’t sure how i was going to feel about this new version but i am liking him more and more.

Wanted to get your thoughts on the 2 new upgrade kits from Shockwave Lab for Legacy Metroplex. I am considering the one kit SL-150 kit that has the drill bits. The other kit (lights) isn’t too bad. Its the difference between piped light form the back of the head or a light you can turn on.

EDIT sorry, that link only highlights the one upgrade kit (drill bits). If you search for it on Ebay, it list both kits from various sellers.

Interesting. Not really something I am eager to buy myself, but it's neat.

Ooo... I really like this and would love to make something like this as well, but more Decepticon-themed to do like a base diorama of sorts. Very awesome!

Thank you, it was fun to make. I'm hoping to start on another project for my Alternators shelf.

I have two additions to my Beast Wars diorama. The main one i was excited to add was Tarantulas and as you can see he is hanging out in his cave. The other addition was adding Skywasp. At first i wasn’t sure what to do with him and then placed him between Waspinator and Buzzsaw. Not a bad look!

All i need now is Inferno, looking forward to that.

My next update is with m G2 and RID 2001 lines. To me a hard to find G2 mini Autobots was the G2 Seaspray purple variant. Not that I have looked that hard for him, i personally have seen maybe 6 or so listed on Ebay over the past years. This year, i have seen him twice and the second time i went for it and bought him. I am very happy to add him to my G2 shelf.

From the RID 2001 line, you have the two sets that include Skid-Z/Wind Sheer & Tow Line/Skyfire. At this point i was missing Skyfire and it was hard to find him complete by himself. On a random search i was able to find his weapon and then bought Skyfire for a great price by himself. So now i have all four of these guys; looking good on the shelf together.

Another addition to my RID 2001 shelf is Gas Skunk. Not sure why i decided to buy him but something intrigue me, so now i have to find his two buddies. Pretty cool to add more Predacons to join Sky-Byte on the shelf. Look forward to adding Slapper and Dark Scream.
