He's got a rifle, a shoulder cannon, two piledrivers, and two jackhammers (Amazon Japan exclusive). That's six accessories.warzon3 wrote:Jet pack isn't so bad, the worst travesty is the chest and face sculpt.
But to me, if you are talking MP, then extra pieces are must, and preferably more than just one. Otherwise you are just talking voyager Sideswipe, not MP.
I saw they had the chisel hands, which is kind of cool I guess, but the jetpack is way more memorable from the show.

They count as accessories due to their being detachable. Just like how Optimus' gun counts as an accessory.warzon3 wrote:Rifle and shoulder cannon should be a given...not an extra.
Piledriverswarzon3 wrote:Pretty sure piledriver and jackhammer is one and the same?
Rodimus has six accessories (same amount as Lambor): Trailer/base, two guns, buzzsaw, welding torch, Matrix.warzon3 wrote:When you look at Rodimus, Grimlock, or Megatron on accessories....no comparison.

But, why should he have the rocket pack when A) he never used it before Optimus borrowed it, B) he never used after Optimus borrowed it, and C) he never ever even had it outside of that one scene where he hands it over to Optimus. Him having a rocket pack was for just one scene of the whole cartoon was a plot device that didn't even prove useful in its one appearance.

But Sideswipe didn't even use it. Nor did it even prove successful by the one time it was used (by Optimus).Evil_the_Nub wrote:Sabrblade wrote:No.warzon3 wrote:does he even have a rocket pack like in the cartoon?

That's exactly the kind of accessories the other MP's have. Optimus and Megatron only used their energon axe and mace once. Megatron only used the gun and beam sword once during the movie. I think the jetpack would be a great accessory especially if it's compatible with MP-10.

They would just rot over time
