Which character do you think made the coolest or best entrance and when? It doesn't have to be the first time the character is seen. So maybe not even and entrance. Maybe just their coolest/best moment.
I think mine is in the Movie when Bumblebee rolls up in his updated car form with the radio blaring. Simple but cool. If I could afford one I'd buy a yellow camero and play that track every time I stopped the car!

Coolest entrance is Prime's "You Got the Touch" in the movie. It still sends shivers down my spine after seeing it a hundred times.

Most memorable probably in the multiverse is Galvatron in Transformers the movie.
Starscream's entrance when he crashes the peace treaty in War Within Age of Wrath was pretty sweet too.
