Could the 2014 Freightliner Argosy that Bay revealed be Nemesis Prime? His origin story has varied through various retellings of the series, but Nemesis is always a villain and generally regarded as Optimus Prime's evil twin. He could be the product of MECH and the Project: Chimera like he was in Transformers: Prime. Or he could be working with Sideways, who answers to the planet-destroying Unicron in 2002's Transformers: Armada.

I doubt it's Nemesis Prime because the truck is significantly smaller than Optimus. My guess is it's Motormaster.

I Cyclonus is indeed in this film, this truck could very well be Scourge. Keep in mind that the RID Laser Prime Repaint (RID Scourge) was a big hit with the fandom when it was available and fans wanted more over the Micron Trilogy. This could be their answer to using Scourge by going wiht a rendition of one of the most popular versions of the character.
