Cybertron Armorhide

Got a great pic of G1 Op or BW Megs? Whether it's 2-D or 3-D it's welcome as is any other form of art outside the custom figure world.

This is a shot from the character viewer for the game it's intended for, namely the old game Freedom Force. :D

Unfortunately, 100% original meshes can currently be only made with 3DS Max r3, 4, or 5 (though the actual 3DS max is up to r9 right now!), although static object meshes can be made with (I think) either Blender or Milkshape.

And, yes, FF DOES kickass, and looking at a lot of my older TF meshes, I -REALLY- need to completely re-skin them. >.<

Nice work ^_^ Despite being mostly box shapes, 3D 'formers can be deceptively difficult to make. Very nice, wouldn't mind seeing more :D

Well, I've recuntly begun a totally new style of making the mapping skins for them. All my previous TF meshes look considerably different from this.

If you want to check out my older meshes, they're here:

http://meshworks.newpowerinc.com/valandar/autobot.htm

And there are further categories down the side. The only skins I didn't do for the actual Transformers were Devastator (and the Constructicons); there are a few other skins I didn't do, but they're not TF's.

You can clearly see several different styles involved in those skins, eh?

Oh, and what do you think of the vehicle mode, from the "Melee_Ram" animation?

So?

I make my living doing hi-res stuff, so I relax making game things. It just so happens that the game I make models for can ONLY use 3DS Max to model with.

Meanwhile, here's a few clips of his animations:
