Glorious battle damage--while most of Razorclaw's damage was superficial, save for the annoying crack in the uni-lens over his optic sensors, he still found himself somewhat thrilled by it. He was by no means vain, so his personal appearance meant little to him. It would require some time to be fully repaired after the battle, but the Predacon's ruthless leader hadn't had an opponent this challenging in a good long while. So long as nothing vital was damaged, he didn't mind so much.

The shards dug into his exo-structure, sparking pain and his vision redlighted as some of the crystals dug their way too close to vital systems for his internal computer's liking. Nothing was actually punctured though, at least ot yet, so he mentally commanded the alarm off as he drew his sword back. His weapon was what gave him the advantage here; Hardhead knew it, and he knew he knew it. So, if he wanted it so badly, Razorclaw was more than happy to oblige. He spun his arm a whole 360 degrees to build up moment as he sliced downward again, attempting to lop off the Autobot's arm. MOre then likely though, the hinges were well armored, so the best he could expect was to at least cause some pain and send some sparks flying.

Skies over the killzone:

"I think ladies we may have interfered with Star... aargh!" fire almost hit him and the upward barrage forced him to turn around.
"Affirmative" he replied to the request of Blink and Wink. "Squadron on them... follow Blink and Wink's example" he said as he opened a comlink.
"Groundcontrol you're firing at friendlies. I repeat you are firing at friendlies" he said as the Decepticon AA was now barraging an area that had Seekers in it, including some still entangled in dogfights.
No warning had aired. A mixup? Or had things gone too fast? Descending, Nightraid headed towards Blink and Wink.
"We need to regroup" he said stifly without ordering them anything "We're loosing this one at this rate".
"Groundcontrol do you require us to continue to keep airforces busy or shall we intervene on the ground?" Nightraid asked. The com was quite garbled. He just hoped he'd get through.

Backstreets of Polyhex

Impactor smiled warmly at Nova Strike, ahh, the eagerness of the young.

"I don't know, I'm completely lost... this is becoming less of a battle and more a free for all! We need to rejoin the main Autobot forces as soon as possible."

He didn't want to voice his fears that the Autobots may be forced to blow up Polyhex to prevent the Decepticon advance.

"Are you prepared to run into chaos and death to join our friends on the battlefield?" he smirked. He could feel his ancient battle-spirit once again start to reawaken.

Killzone - Black Death's Playground

Bulldozing towards Bane, pushing away intercepting Decepticons as were they mere annoying flies, Juggernaut's mighty shockhammer materialized in his right hand. The giant Autobot was unstoppable when he had set his mind to something and right now he wanted to punish that sick bastard of a Corrupticon. But as expected, the loyal follower of his would stand in the way. Thrall had seized the opportunity to charge towards the hulking warrior, probably becourse he was the biggest and meanest of them all and he knew that Thrall always was looking to improve himself by taking chances that was bordering on recklessness. As the two warriors was about to clash, Juggernaut swung his Shockhammer at the Corrupticon.

Meanwhile Bane just stood there watching the battle unfold, his cranial unit trying to work out a plan to turn the odds in their favor as the Decepticons was vastly outnumbered by approx. 1 to 4.

Quantum's sensors registrated incoming objects from the Maximus Line and figured out it would be missiles. Not sure if it was meant for him or anyone else, he decided to try take them out anyway once they were in line of sight.[/u]

Killzone, Black Death's playground

Unfortunately, one of the few weaknesses Thrall possessed in his minotaur form was that he lacked any significent ability to manuver. Although normally this wasn't so much a problem, against an opponant such as Juggernaught, it was about to become a huge one.

The Shockhammer slammed into his side with all the force of a steam train, it's vibrations searing through Thrall's internal circuitry. Servos cracked, componants groaned and even Thrall's immensely tough armour was sundered. The force of the blow also send him careening to the side, and with his added momentum, sent the Corrupticon barreling behind Juggernaught, only to smash into a pile of debris. A huge cloud of dust was borne aloft as a result of the impact, obscuring the Autobot's view of his opponant.

Had it been a lesser decepticon, that wuold of been the end of it. But the decepticon in question was one of the oldest, most experienced and downright toughest decepticons around.

A roar of fury came from the smoke, and suddenly the sound of moving debris came from his direction. Suddenly, a huge block of concrete flew through the air, the intent being to obliterate or at least wound the giant Autobot. At the same time, the sound of transformation occured, as well as the distinct locking of a transforming weapon.

Then, Thrall, his optics blazing bright red barreled from the gloom, his armour on his side badly damaged but still not in a too critical state, his right arm extended and bombarded the autobot with plasma blasts.

"COME ON THEN IF YER THINK YER 'ARD ENOUGH!!!" he bellowed, his energon axe already materialising as he continued his second charge.

Polyhex, the breach

Fortress Maximus's attention had just been off Shockwave for just a second, firing several photon blasts into the waves of their assailants when suddenly he saw out of the corner of his eye a straight blur. Shockwave was actually going for him.

He turned, but as he did so, Shockwave opened fire, and the blast slammed into the side of his face. He yelled in agony, staggering back, aiming his shoulder mounted ion cannons roughly in the direction of Shockwave to give him time to recover, holding his face in one hand as he finally righted himself. He couldn't go down, not at a time like this.

Slowly, as he righted himself, he removed his hand from his face. It was then that he realised, that although his armour and his reflex to move his head to the side had allowed him to prevent sudden decapitation, he was now without one functional optic. The whole right side of his face was now a melted mess, his armour charred and molten, revealed his endoskeleton, itself suffering from moderate damage. He was in agony, but he pushed through the pain.

"Bad move Shockwave!" he cried, as lifted his immense sword in two hands attempted to cleave the Decepticon strategist into two..

The Killzone

Hardhead grunted as the sword slashed into his arm, severing one of his tracks, the two ends now hanging limply off his arm. Fortunatley however they managed to stop the sword from getting too far into the armour, only getting half way through.

However, the way the sword was position left Hardhead at an advantage now, but would ultimately cause him more damage and leave his vehicle mode immobilised. It was better than being killed, afterall. He also knew he would need some serious patching up anyway even if he survived this. He knew he was outmatched ever so slightly by the leader of the Predacons. Whilst he might of been able to take on and beat one of his underlings with less difficulty, he knew the decepticons well: their leaders are ALWAYS the strongest

Gritting his teeth, he quickly grabbed Razorclaw's wrist and quickly twisted, thrusting the sword through the first layer of armour and into the wheels between his tracks, locking the sword in place. With a slight smirk, he then quickly brought his foot up and, with all his strength, whilst still holding onto his wrist with what was left of his strength in that arm, attempted to kick him away, hard.

His arm might hurt like crazy, and he was rapidly losing feeling in it, but at least he could get the bastard away from his damn weapon..

Polyhex Line ~ The Breach

As Fortress Maximus blew away his unofficial helper, Havok's expression and demeanour changed little, and even after he caught a full burst of machine gun fire from the Autobot General, still did the Corrupticon show no outward signs of what he was feeling. As he staggered backwards, regaining his balance and assesing the damage rent to him by the impact of the gunfire, Havok observed as a number of his fellow Decepticons took aim and fired at the huge baseformer.

While the impact of the multiple attacks had an effect on Fortress Maximus, they had a far greater effect on those Autobots around him, as they couldn't handle the powerful attacks like their leader, dozens of them meeting their end in an instant, in fact, it seemed that the second wave of Decepticon forces had taken the Autobots by suprise and put them on the back foot. Watching on as Autobot troops scurried towards abandoned Decepticon bunkers and fortifications, Havok finally let his feelings be known as a twisted grin flashed briefly across his faceplate, before he began striding towards the nearest bunker, a few followers still in tow, his intent simple: To leave each and every bunker filled with Autobot bodies.

------------------------------
Skies Over The Killzone

Silverbolt was pleased that his attack on Blink, Wink and Nightraid had had the desired effect by dispersing the 3 Seekers long enough to allow Skydive to get out of the firing line. On the flipside, Silverbolt had gone from hunter to hunted in double quick time as Nightraid returned fire towards the Aerialbot Commander. Reacting, but not quickly enough, Silverbolt took several shots to his left hand side, each one adding to the damage he recieved earlier in the battle, and the total amount of damaged he'd had inflicted upon him was slowly getting harder to ignore.

As he banked right, in anticipation of more incoming fire, Silverbolt was mildly amused to see that the 3 Seekers attention had been diverted due to the incoming fire they were recieving from their own defences, allowing he and Skydive to get back around and out of danger. Setting a course for possibly another attack run, Silverbolt received the message from Skywatch requesting their presence at the breach, the only problem being that the Aerialbots were currently scattered across the battlefield, and only Skydive's position was knwon to the Aerilbot Commander.

Delaying his reply to Skywatch briefly, Silverbolt opened up commlinks to first Slingshot, and then Air Raid, both times getting no reply. With time being in short supply, he quickly changed the commlink to Fireflight, and finally getting a response as the Aerialbot Scout had already been en route to his Commander's position and was quickly into formation. With 2 of his team in position, Silverbolt prepared to reply to Skywatch when Skydive had to break formation abruptly on account of Blast-Off's attack.

Dipping sharply, the Aerialbot tactician narrowly avoided the electron blasts aimed at him and quickly sent a commlink message to Silverbolt "You move out Sir, I'll have to deal with this threat before I meet up with you once more, Skydive out" The white jet closed off the link and began plotting a course to intercept the Combaticon. Silverbolt let him go and then set about replying to Skywatch.

"Message receieved Skywatch, however my team is currently scattered, consequently, only myself and Fireflight are in position at this moment to assist Commander Maximus. Skydive is currently engaged in combat with Blast-Off, and I cannot make radio contact with either Air Raid or Slingshot, though it seems communications are not at 100% right now, maybe you could get through to them, if you can, send them to our position straight away, I'm beginning my attack run now, Silverbolt out"

Closing off the link to the young Airspace Control 'Bot, Silverbolt set a direct path to get to the Polyhex breach as quickly as possible, with some luck, he hoped to get there unimpeded by anything of the Seeker variety.

Success of attack: 43.183465% The end result of a short assessment of momentary situation appeared in Shockwave's visual display.

Though the percentage would have been lowered, if the calculation was made only one or two microns later. Even though the gamma burst Shockwave unleashed upon Fortress Maximus did enough damage to halt and distract the titanic Autobot, again, he answered fire with fire, a concentrated blast from his ion weapons, raining a flashing burst of bright blue and white color on his opponent. That alone was a factor included in the Military Operations Commander's calculations, but the incoming fire from Skywatch was another, on the verge of the amplitude threshold. Apparently, it ended up on the wrong side in the equation.

Shockwave did register the blasts, but he could only brace for impact. The combined ion barrages from the two Autobot combatants peeled down some more of his armor and temporarily disabled enough of his internal systems to threw him off balance, sending him on a crash landing course.

The purple mechanoid shape hit the ground near Fortress Maximus, kicking up some debris upon impact, rolled a few times before coming to halt and pushing himself up with one arm. A quick reroute of energon flow and recalibration of power supplies enabled him to straighten himself up, but with considerable lag and inaccurate joint movement.

Operational status: 79.184546% The internal diagnostics appeared on Shockwave's HUD. Estimated time until optimal system reconfigure: 3.481652 microsenconds. But even that small amount of time seemed to be too much in this battle. The moment he regained his readiness, Fortress Maximus was already bringing his enormous sword down on him.
The blade hit the purple Decepticon's frame the moment he got fully up, sending him back down, smashing him into the ground with a loud and deep bang, tearing up a crater in the already broken and burnt surface.

For a brief time, Shockwave just lay there motionlessly, with the blade of the sword plunged into his upper torso, having ripped quarter way down from his right shoulder into his chest, electrical discharges running across it, eminating from the scar.

Then, the right hand of the Military Operations Commander suddenly moved, snapping upwards and grabbing onto the lower part of the blade, then began pulling it upwards and out from his own frame. A sharp, disturbing, creaking sound was heard as the blade ripped the last fragments of Shockwave's armor plating before it moved out of the wound.

"Statement: correct. Preferrability of executed action: 19.385651%" Shockwave said, his voice not reflecting any of the pain he was obviously suffering. He tossed the sword aside, and rose to his feet, his sole optic frozen at Fortress Maximus.

His left arm shot forward, the gunbarrel sizzling, and discharged another gamma ray blast at the upper midsection of the Autobot baseformer.

Close range capability: limited. Shockwave ran more thorough diagnostics. Operational status of right shoulder joint: 49.128346% The results could not be rated satisfactory.

Shockwave had to turn the appropriate side of the equation in his own favor. As soon as possible.

Polyhex, the breach

Fortress Maximus recoiled as SHockwave made his second attack upon him, blasting a good chunk away from his armour and sending waves of pain across his entire frame, fluids leaking out of the breach. Shockwave had managed to disengage from him his sword, and his photon rifle had been discarded moments earlier, leaving Maximus with just the weapons he was armed with on his body, which was considerable. But dispite looking like a wreck, he kept tall, readying all of his weapons as he decided to use another weapon in his arsenal: reason.

"Why Shockwave?" he asked. "Why continue this? You're a scientist, you love knowledge, you love progress. You analysis it until there's no slagging passion in it left. Can't you see Megatron's blind ambition is destroying everything we have??"

As a means of finishing his words, he lumbered forwards, spraying machine gun rounds towards the Purple mech, both wrists extended, his form smoking. He knew it was a pretty even match between the two, both physically and mentally. All it came down to, was who would relent first.

Either way, he knew whoever won between the two of them, would decide who would win this skirmish. At the very least, if he fell here, the autobots assault, and perhaps even Nova Cronum would fall with him.

Edge of Killzone

A large blue and grey bomber crossed over the Autobot lines outside of Nova Cronum accompanied by a group of Autobot flyers. Stormrune had been delayed in reaching the big battle because of necessary repairs on injuries he had sustained in recent battles. Looking forward into the seemingly living maze of energy blasts and explosions he steeled himself for the acts to come.

This was the big push and he wasn’t going to miss it he could help it, he needed to be part of this in a real way. To have done something. Pushing his speed up a notch he sent a data burst to Silverbolt informing him of his presence before sending a radio message to Skywatch.

Upon the words of Fortress Maximus, Shockwave did pause, even if only for the briefest of microns. Though it was only a few words that his audio receiving unit registered, their substance did set a sub-routine in motion inside the Military Operation Commander's vast data grid.

The currents in his logic center began to race, criss-crossing throughout his cranial chamber. between the memory banks and circuits, to find the appropriate explanation to the simple, and at the same time, complicated question: why?

Such overspecialized and sophisticated systems, like Shockwave's mind, sometimes lost the most trivial, but also, the most significant details. The answer was found very shortly, but still a split micron too late. It came at the exact same moment the machine gun barrage from the titanic Autobot peppered the frame of the cyclopean Decepticon, blowing small spheres of flame across the platings, shredding off more of his armor, spilling fluids all around and damaging the already torn right shoulder joint even more.

As heavily the Autobot's fire hit, as clearly the answer struck the Military Operations Commander: because it was logical. The Decepticons were the only beings capable of bringing order to the universe. Polyhex was only a stepping stone on the way.

Though the reflexive defense protocoll did move Shockwave's structure to an evasive course, it was far behind the effectiveness of conscious attention. The barrage did a good amount of damage.

"Query: inadequate." Shockwave spoke, his voice still emotionless. "Do you act differently, Maximus?" He then added as he moved forward, taking a long sidestep to avoid the mechanoid twice his size lumbering towards him. As he did so, he extended his gun arm to Maximus's side to release another gamma ray burst from point blank range.

If his attack would succeed, he could disable the Autobot enough to back away from him and finish him from farther.

Skies over the Killzone

Ramjet had arrived with the other seekers, but had so far been unable to claim any kills. The target he continued to pursue, though not particularly large or powerful, was quite nimble and had managed to evade all of his attacks. While something deep in the back of his mind held a small bit of respect for this Autobot, his ego simply couldn’t allow him to admit that any Autobot might be his equal.

“Hurry up and die!” He shouted as he moved in closer to his target and unleashed a barrage of laser fire.

“I’d really rather not.” The smaller flyer replied as he slipped around the attack. “Maybe you should just forget about me and save yourself the aggravation. I hear this kind of stress is bad for your processor.”

A heavy AA barrage, that looked like it was coming from the Decepticon side of the battlefield, flew into the dogfight and Ramjet’s target swooped down around the heavy fire. Ramjet, however, dove straight through it. A nearby blast stripped some of the armor from the back of his fuselage, but failed to penetrate into his internal systems.

Emerging from the other side of the AA barrage, Ramjet’s course intercepted his targets, his nosecone smashing into the base of the Autobot’s right wing. The lightly built flyer was not built to survive such collisions, and the wing snapped off completely.

“Haw-haw! Now that was good for my processor!” Ramjet called mockingly as the Autobot tumbled from the sky. Now that this particular smudge on his ego had been wiped off, he pulled back up toward the large dogfight, intent of clearing out more of the Autobot pests.

The Killzone

Orpheus winced with pain as Rampage twisted his sword while it was still deep in the Autobot's torso, the consolation of his own blade being equally stuck in the Predacon's torso not nearly enough to overcome the pain he was feeling. The fluid loss was now reaching dangerous levels for the young warrior, with gashes in both arms as well as his upper torso, Orpheus slumped down to one knee, his arm still attached to Rampage's body by way of his blade, the same blade that had now caught the ire of the Decepticon, who swung his own blade down towards it with typical savagery.

The blade didn't hold, and it was quickly severed from it's mountings on Orpheus' arm, leaving a small stub of metal and also burning the top of his hands, however, the 2 combatants were free from each other once more. Still on one knee, Orpheus glanced up to the face of his adversary, before his attention was drawn over to Hardhead, who seemed to be similarly in pain at the hands of Razorclaw, in fact, the ground assault 'Bot looked to be in pretty bad shape, but even in the state he was in, he refused to bow down.

This was the kind of actions that Orpheus respected, and aspired to do himself, and with fluid still slowly trickling down his face from Rampage's earlier punch, Orpheus looked back to the Predacon, and pulled one of his Linear Cannons into position on his right shoulder, from it's inactive position on his back. Usually, the weapon wasn't used in such close proximity, and there was a big chance that Orpheus was going to suffer in the next few seconds, but he didn't care about that, as long as Rampage suffered more. As his systems fired off 2 rounds at the Predacon, Orheus just grinned and steeled himself for the blast impact.

The breach, Polyhex

What was left of Maximus's face grimaced as Shockwave delivered his reputal to his question, and he in fact stalled, long enough for Shockwave to aim a good shot towards him. He managed to brace himself and dive out of the way, but the ray was still able to slam into his left arm, causing shrapnel from his already weakened armour to bloom out from the explosive force from the weapon. He tried to move the arm, but found that it only responded weakly. A damage accessment concluded that most of his circuitry had been damaged during the blast, and what was left of his sensors there concluded extensive damage to the arm's microstructure. In short, it was broken.

He had to appreciate the irony now: both he and Shockwave had only one functional optic, as well as one 'gun' arm.

Knowing that Shockwave was attempting to turn what had previously been a melee combat into a ranged firefight, Maximus dived in the direction of his downed Photon Rifle. If a battle of guns was what Shockwave wanted, a battle of guns is what he would get.

But what Shockwave had said had send a shiver of chill down his support bracket: were they truely as bad as the decepticons when it came to this war? No, they couldn't be.

"You started this war, leaving us no choice to fight back. YOU are the aggressors!" he bellowed, avoiding further fire whist firing several ion blasts from his waist cannons as he went.

The Autobots had managed to fortify themselves within what was left of the decepticon emplacements, dispite the best efforts of the Decepticons to route them. However, they were horribly outmatched at such a close range, and many were taking the state of the battle between Shockwave and Maximus as a sign that they were losing.

No-Bots Land

This is no place for a self-respecting Autobot, Skywatch thought as the battle between the titans continued. Fortress Maximus was going to be in the body and fender shops for a long time, assuming he got out of this as was. Shockwave was looking no better.

Air support was scattered and slow in coming, artillery wasn't doing as good a job as it should have, bordering on incompetant. Frustrating..simply frustrating.

Th breach either needed to be reinforced, or abandoned. Without being around for the planning stages of this attack, he had no idea where units were supposed to go, or come from. What he did know was that the fight was stalling so folks could gawp and stare at the big boys.

Skywatch loosed a pair of missiles at Shockwave and then continued to scoot along. No doubt the two senior robots had each others attention firmly fixed. he wasn't about to come much closer to that fight.

He passed a link to Stormrune giving him the flight data requested "Your target is this bunker" He strobed a location. You are to strafe Shockwave on the way in. "One pass only. land in the target bunker. Reinforce ground elements until relieved."

The pods on his back deck swiveled and spat coherent energy bolts at Ramjet as Skywatch shifted position yet again. Some of the seekers needed to be grounded fast.

He opened the channel to the aerialbots commander again "Silverbolt, we need the tactical second-in-command to make a command decision: Commit to the breach or withdraw. The commander can't be disturbed during his meeting. This halfway measure is not making it."

Above Killzone

The Ground Attack specialist roared across the battlefield as he weaves through the dogfighting transformers. He had made good time in crossing the warzone, Polyhex wasn’t a small target after all. Upon receiving Skywatchs message he ramped up his speed to Mach 3.5 before responding.

>

Snapping off a laser blast at a Seeker that crossed his line of fire, Stormrune focused on the problem at hand. Namely inserting into the Decepticon defensive web around the city and maximising his damage output with one pass. His processors whirred internally for precious seconds as he rapidly closed the distance to his target along the assigned path his comrade had provided.

The Bombers bomb-bay doors opened and 6 Plasma Missile dropped out, igniting their engines and soaring ahead of Stormrune. He was still too far away at the moment to make a precision strike on Shockwave, so instead he targeted the land just beyond the highlighted bunker with the barrage. At best it would cause damage and confusion in the Decepticon ranks, at worst the enemy defensive grid would have 6 more targets to shoot at making it easier to get close enough for a real attack.

A grim tinge of black humor entered his thoughts with that.

Killzone

Patchwork switched back to fixed wing mode after he finished circling the Decepticon warrior Brawl, setting an evasive course he continued on his way towards the Breach.

OoC: Sorry for the wait.
IC:
Hardhead’s move surprised Razorclaw, but the Predacon leader didn’t let it show. Even if his visage was capable of betraying emotion like others his face would have remained stoic as the Autobot drive his sword deeper into his arm. The gambit would have worked too, if the sword hadn’t been designed to vibrate to widen wounds. The foolish mech only served to injure himself further before Razorclaw could manage to yank his sword loose.

Or at least he would have yanked it loose, had not the Autobot attempted to kick him. His fist remained tight around the handle, but the vibrations that made it more lethal also made it more brittle if pressure was somehow managed to be applied to it. The blade snapped in half and Razorclaw finally grunted as he staggered back, and for a moment he felt cornered. And they say an animal is most dangerous when cornered. Deprived of his sword, he raised his concussion cannon up to Hardhead’s face and fired. It was time to see just how well this Autobot lived up to his name.

EDIT: This is JazZeke. I didn't know my brother left it on his account.

Killzone - Black Death's playground

As the Corrupticon arose from his unwilling temporary grave, Juggernaut stood prepared even though he had one optic on his real target: Bane.

The large chunk of debris thrown by Thrall hit an armored lower arm. With that the Corrupticon had started a new assault first with some plasma shots and then at close range. The shots didn't came as a huge surprise to Juggernaut, but he could do little about them. He simply lacked the agility of the smaller mechs to react fast enough. But it was irrelevant as his extremely thick armor just absorbed the energy, barely affecting him.

Juggernaut saw the Corrupticon preparing for a new frontal assault. Thrall had never been the brightest of the Corrupticons, but he made it up by sheer furiousity and adamant determination. Jugger could expect extreme resistance.

"You're still as tough as in the old days, Thrall" Jugger smirked and swung his Shockhammer above his head before smashing it on the ground just in front of the incoming Decepticon. This was one of his signature-moves where the ground around the impact area got affected by the kinetic resonance created by the Shockhammer's vibrations.

Not far away Bane observed the battle, only interrupted by a hero-wannabe Autobot who got sliced in two in no time. Both Corrupticons had slain more today than they had done for a very very long time. The Autobot grunts weren't as they used to be.

Appearently Thrall had not got any response from the Command about their further objectives, so Bane decided to use the next few astroseconds to message their supreme commander; Megatron:

>

Just as he finished the message an Autobot flier landed close to him. Bane had seen him a few times before, but didn't knew the name of the mech.

"Your reign of terror is over, Corrupticon" Dogfight said while pointing at Bane.
"A bold statement." Bane stood unaffected, waiting for the Autobot to make the first move.
Dogfight's sword materialized in his right hand and charged. Unlike most fliers he was actually very adept in close combat, something that Bane noticed. He was not in the same league as the Corrupticon, but he did make this battle a bit more interesting and challenging.

With a swift move, Bane dodged the blade and seemingly disappeared out of the line of sight for a brief moment. He had quickly moved out of range again.
"C'mon, fight me!" Dogfight bellowed, still furious after seeing the bodies of his fallen comrades piled up like some sort of construction-material.

Killzone, Black Death's playground

Having transformed back into robot mode, Thrall had regained much of his mobility in comparison to his transformation. That as such, he was able to imediately dive out of the way as Juggernaught's shockhammer crashed to the ground, bringing him slightly to the side of the massive titan. Not missing a beat, Thrall got up,and coiling his energon axe around him like a baseball bat, charged, and whilst the lumbering Autobot was bringing his hammer back up, swung, aiming to score a nasty gash in the mech's armour.

"That's 'cause i've been practicin' lugnuts!" Thrall boomed.

The Killzone

Hardhead was blown back by the sheer force of Razorclaw's concussion cannon, fired at point-blank range, throwing him down on his back like a rag doll and hitting the ground hard. There was no movement. Infact, the blast had been sufficent to knock the autobot's cranial circuits out cold, leaving him completely at Razorclaw's mercy. However, whilst the blast had cracked his visor, and caused major damage to his head, he was still functional: his heavy armour and thick head had seen to that.

The Killzone

Rampage did have the satisfaction of watching Orpheus slump down; this young one had been an interesting challenge for him, but he really had no other thoughts about Orpheus. Other than his intent on either killing him or leaving him with as many dents, scractes and in as much pain and was pysically possible.

With a snarl Rampage pulled the weapon from his body; at least he was free now he thought using the Autobot's momentary distraction to toss the bit of now useless metal aside. Idly he wonered what has caused Orpheus to stop; however, he soon found out.

Now Rampage might be a raging psycopath but wasn't quite insane enough not to notice the rather big gun aiming at him at point blank range. With a rather strangled sound he transformed and jumped back. An act that while saving his life did caused the cybertronian tiger to get thrown back rather far and land with a thud; on what he neither knew nor cared. Disorientated he lay there for a little while not quite sure whether he could actually get up or not.

Skies above Killzone

The missile finally gave up and blew up behind Starscream. "Heh, stupid thing! No weapon can keep up with me!" He transformed into robot mode and took a look around... he was quite some distance from the battlefield. He had gone so far so fast that it didn't seem like he had split off from the other too much, but he had. It suited him just fine, he still thought that if Megatron wasn't even going to show up, he wasn't going to give this fight any real effort.

He hovered for a moment before starting back, while still in robot mode. It would take him longer, it it didn't matter to him. So what if he wasn't going to much else in the battle, it didn't provide much opportunity for glory anyway.

Killzone - Black Death's playground

Since Brewer's job was done with repairing Juggernaught, he decided it was time to get back to is per-usual rounds. He looked to see what Forte had gone to do, only to find her fallen to her knees as she held a decapitated head of some unfortunate Autobot in her arms. "Oh, slag..." Brewer ran over to Forte and rested a hand on her shoulder, finding that the fembot was shaking feverently with emotion, "Forte calm down. What happened?" It was obvious what had happened, but he needed to get her talking.

Forte stammered through her words as her red optics gazed in fear and awe at the head, its mouth wide open, frozen in the moment of when it was last took its breath. "That Decepticon... some currupticon... He tossed this to me. They're making a wall of Autobot corpses." She bit her lip, trying not to collapse in her own overpowering force of rage and sadness. "I'll kill him..."

"D-don't go too far. You know what hap... Forte!" He couldn't give his warning soon enough. The femme had already gone into her uncontrolled bezerker mode. What was he to do? She had a reputation of turning on her own comrades during this mode, and he didn't want her to end up killing him. What to do? All Brewer could do was keep watch and make sure no Autobots would get in her way. So, the Search and Rescue Specialist followed at a distance and watched the show, at least until he was needed elsewhere.

She activated her Null-ray Rifle and aimed it at Bane as she ran to him at full speed. "Bane! I'll rip your f***in' innards out!" At that, Forte fired the blast to the Corrupticon, still heading for him, not caring about the Autobot - Dogfight - being in the way.

Skies above the Killzone

Ramjet caught sight of a weapon flash out of the corner of his vision, and rolled around to face his attacker. This allowed him to avoid most of the fire, but a couple shots still grazed across his aft section. The weapon seemed to have an odd effect on his systems, as his rudders gave a few short spasms and his engines shut down completely.

His was already starting to lose altitude, as his form wasn’t particularly suited to gliding, but could now see his attacker quite clearly. It appeared to be some sort of hovering missile platform, probably an Autobot anti-air unit.

His turbines sputtered and whirred as they tried to power back up. He doubted he would be able to reactivate his engines before he lost too much altitude, so instead, he launched one of his cluster bombs at Skywatch, then allowed himself to drop to the ground.

His belly armor suffered several scrapes and dents upon his rather abrupt landing. Ramjet ignored this and transformed to robot mode. He began running toward Skywatch’s position, ready to finish the Autobot off at close range if the cluster bomb didn’t do the trick.

Polyhex, well behind the front lines

Hooligan and Space Case landed outside a Decepticon supply depot. Hooligan entered the building first and looked around for a moment before spotting what he was looking for.

“Here we go. More missiles.” Hooligan waved Space Case over to him. “Let’s load up and go find some more Autobot’s to slag.”

Weapon: Energo-Sword
Shockwave’s Tower – Command Center

Megatron watched the confrontation via the holographic recreation on the table in front of him. He could make out Shockwave locked in battle with Fortress Maximus. It was a struggle of two very evenly matched opponents that could go on for some time. The battle would take up most of Shockwave’s attention. Hun-Grrr should prove adequate in leading the troops in his stead, assuming his mouths weren’t too full of bits of his opponents.

He glanced at the aerial forces fighting above the city defenses. The Decepticons appeared to be in near total disarray. A snarl appeared on his face as he looked for his seeker commander on the readouts. He spotted him some distance away, slowly flying back to the battle. Apparently he felt no need to do anything but let Megatron’s seekers get slaughtered in battle. He was going to have to have a ‘talk’ with the seeker commander later, and quite possibly find a replacement for him.

It was then that Megatron received a message from one of his troops. A scowl formed on his face. He had chosen only a select few to know of his presence in Polyhex, and Bane was not one of them. Either someone had leaked his presence in the city-state, or he had blindly assumed that his supreme commander was present. He glanced back at the holographic display to spot the position of the Decepticon that had contacted him. He and his little group had done some damage, even erecting a very small wall. It was interesting defense, but not nearly enough. They were little more than a few rocks in a stream, forcing the Autobots to flow around them. There was little point into giving them additional orders; they would continue to fight as best they could.

His optics were drawn to the radar display as a chime went off. The radar was picking up a massive reading coming at them, a reading far too big to be real. Someone or something was broadcasting a massive jamming signal. Either this was a decoy effort or Prime was coming with the reinforcements. He began adjusting the other sensors, trying to compensate for the jamming. Megatron wanted to know what it was before he rushed out to face it.

Breach

Stormrune dived through the gap his missiles had created in the defensive fire of the enemy while receiving only a few glancing hits. Driving for the deck the bomber made a high speed attack run on the Decepticon commander Shockwave. Coming in low he managed to launch several missiles and fire a couple of shots from his laser cannons before he shot over his target and banked hard towards the relative safety of the Autobot positions.

Meanwhile at the edge of the Breach another flyer had just reached the battlefront

Killzone

Of course Razorclaw had no doubts about the outcome of this battle, even for an astrosecond. Even an Autobot trained for warfare was no match for a Decepticon warrior. The Predacons were more than warriors; they were warlords. And Razorclaw was the greatest of the Predacons. Hardhead had been died the moment he’d been spotted.

The Decepticon loomed over the Autobot, tightening his grip on what was left of his sword. Half the blade was gone, but it was still enough to cut through an Autobot’s armor and reach his laser core. After that, he could just reach in and extinguish the spark with his bare hand. He’d have to make it quick though, as it wasn’t smart to take one’s time on a battlefield; besides, there were so many more Autobots to slay.

His sword began vibrating as Razorclaw rammed it into Hardhead’s back, and he pulled on it to attempt to cut away a hole big enough for him to reach his arm into. He was feeling pretty smug, savoring the screech of tearing metal, when all of a sudden the rest of his sword exploded before his optics. Some war cry filled his audio sensors right before he was leapt upon by a pair of Autobots—and judging by their overall enthusiasm and foolhardy mode of attack, they had to be young. Excellent.

Razorclaw reached back and tore one of them off his back, throwing him to the ground and stepping on his faceplate. The other one was a bit trickier and more lithe, so the Predacon fell back and onto him. Feeling his attacker’s grip loosen Razorclaw scrambled to stand up, only to find the Autobot he’d stepped on standing up again, his remaining optic looking surprisingly smug for one who was in over their head. You just had to love the youth element. “That all you got?” the Autobot screamed as he threw his fist into Razorclaw’s chest. It hardly made a dent. “I’ve gotten beatings more severe from protoforms!”

“This is the big leagues kid.” Razorclaw said simply before grasping his head in his hand and crushing it once and before all. The young grunt would gain no more battlefield experience, ever.

“Crumple!” his companion shouted in horror.

“Crumple?” Razorclaw repeated as he threw away the body. “How fitting,” he said in between growling laughs.

“You animal!” the other young Autobot screamed before launching himself again at Razorclaw. This one was a little more experience though, and stronger, and as he began matching Razorclaw’s blows he knew this mech would take a little more time to dispatch.
