The answer B, it was inspired by KC Chiefs' owner Lamar Hunt. His kid a Super Ball. He actually thought the name "Super Bowl" was corny but it stuck.

I'm not that good at chemistry, but I thought the boiling point was the same, regardless of the height level...

Should be C, 210°F, 98.9°C . Points of change of state (solid to liquid to gas and vice-versa) don't just depend on temperature, but on air pressure as well. Higher elevations mean lower pressure, thus lower points, that's why some recipes list different cooking temperatures and/or times for high elevations. And knowing that is vital when mountain climbing.
