Looks nice, very creative. But I think that Prowl was never used for the movie because Barricade was in and one cop car was enough.

Your assumption is dead on. Barricade was originally meant to be an Autobot, who happens to be named Prowl.
But apparently, they decided, "What would happen if there was an evil cop car?" Then Barricade was born.

It's items like this that show if Hasbro & Takara had any sense, they'd employ Transtopia kitbashers and sell the crap out of Masterclass items.
And it's thoughts like that make me look at my wallet and thank the fates of the universe that hasn't happened yet.
