Because most people don't like it when you ask questions they've already answered repeatedly. It's always better to look to see if someone's already answered a question before you ask it.

If you're not willing to put in the
two minutes it takes to Google this, then don't be surprised when people get frustrated at answering it again, or just outright ignore you.
And "having a life" does not mean you can't spare those two minutes to avoid making someone repeat themselves over and over.
Google isn't that reliable. The websites I'm getting are from local movie theatres that claim it's 109 minutes long. This forum is a more reliable source.
You can also get misinformed in two minutes, I guess.
And this forum has it's own dedicated search function. And
every forum on the internet will tell you to use that before asking anything.
This is still beyond the point, though. Everyone is free to ask any question here as long as it is in accordance with the forum rules, right? So if you see a question asked a second time, anyone is free to ignore it. Autobot032 could have easily done this, but hasn't and in doing so helped someone else.
Much of the information out there can be found through some way or another, the easiest way is just asking. Helping people help themselves is a good thing, but sighing while doing so is, at least, somewhat weird, wouldn't you say?
Search functions are a good thing, but those are not the alpha and omega of knowledge, you also need to be able to ask the right question.
