Depends on how he'd be portrayed. I will say that Megatron's characterization is one of those aspects of these movies that I haven't been all that impressed with, so personally I don't think it'd be all that hard to come up with an improvement in a new chief villain. And if Galvatron is NOT Megatron reincarnated via some contrived means, all the better IMO (mostly because it avoids going back to the resurrection well AGAIN) - there's no rule saying Galvatron HAS to be Megatron reborn, just ask IDW; and I think it'd be a REALLY refreshing change of pace for this franchise to have a Decepticon leader who isn't given to snarly, swarthy fits of "I SMELL YOU, BOYEEEEEE!" and is just the coldest, iciest space bad@$$ since Darth Vader.
