I actually just watched the HBO First look and figured this is where the sample came from.
Awesome piece of music imo.

The "Decepticons Theme" plays during the scene when Frenzy hacks into the P.O.T.E.U.S. mainframe via Air Force One's comm link with the ground relay station.
