Exciting things are in store for the month of September. From the October edition of Dengeki Hobby magazaine:

Sports Label Nike Free 7.0 (ver. Marine) Ultra Magnus will be released on September 1st. Ultra Magnus "sports" the same alt mode and robot mode as his counter part Sports Label Nike Optimus Prime, but will come in his traditional white, teal, and grey colors.

MP-06 Skywarp will be released later in September and will feature purple decals that can be added to the wings. Now you can customize him to look just like his G1 self.

Beast Wars continues with TM-13 Teremocha, better known to us Western fans as "Ram Horn". This new figure will include a DVD with the Beast Wars Episode 21. Look for him towards the end of September.

Couldn't care less about Beast Wars re-issues, nor the Sports Label stuff. However, I would like to see piccies of Skywarp with those decals, as it may influence my choice over whether to get him or G1 Masterpiece Starscream. Either way, I must look up how to detach the hip kibble to put them on the legs.

BTW, first post, w00t! Why someone like me got here first is beyond me.

I'd like the shoe, but it's to much for a figure that small(principals), SkyWarp, he's a big maybe! I already have most of the beasts, so RamHorn does nothing for me. If you don't have him though, go give him a try, he's fun!

Only one BW release? And it's Ramhorn? I want more BW releases pronto. I don't want to see these dead and buried before they get some more molds out that people actually care about. Sheesh. The Nikes I could care less about despite their awesome boxes. BW reissues without og Rattrap = worthless at this point.

I wouldn't go so far as to say worthless but a season one Rattrap is definitely one of my priorities. Unfortunately we've been told that the mold is lost or destroyed. Odd, since it was only used twice to my knowledge. The original figure itself and Botcon exclsuive Packrat. How does a mold degrade so much to be no longer viable in two uses? (I'm just trying to make you angry so you WILL go over there and get toys made for me!)

QFT both of yaz. i think it would be quite impossible to have a particular TF mold destroyed or lost...as far as i know, the basic rattrap was made BOTH by takara and hasbro/kenner... so you've got at least 2 molds existing in china or somewhere the toys are made on.

besides, this rattrap's been KO'd, i don't see why the companies could not make/reverse engineer an existing toy and make a new mold out of it? unless... the ones making KOs are the ones whom the mold got "lost" to...

hmmm, i think that's not ramulus, ramhorn was the rhinoceros beetle who formed part of Tripredacus, the beast wars predacon combiner.
