Was that Megatron taking Jazz up and stepping on him at the top of the building?

I saw a brief shot of a big bot carrying a little bot and stepping on it in the trailer.

Yes he's stepping on Jazz in that one scene, and then swinging Jazz's torso as a Mace at Spike in the next scene.

i don't know if that is Jazz that Megatron is swinging at Sam. we can't really see anything cause it is so fast. anyways, does this mean that Jazz dies?

the thing he was swinging looks more like a mace. there is a really long chain on it and a large object at the end. I was kinda thinking its a homage to the energy mace.

well it's something like that then. or it could just be something he picks up that's around him in all the rubble and stuff.

does anyone know if Jazz is going to die? i'm starting to think that from when he gets owned by Megatron..

Look at the screen gallery, you'll see it's a mace but he does step on him. Maybe Jazz gets badly dameged and he retures as a Porsche in the next movie

i know he gets stepped on..

hopefully he doesnt die..hes my favourite. but being a porshe wouldnt be too bad..

i dont know if its jazz that makes the sound. later on when megatron transforms in the air..you can hear the squeeky sound again.

could that even happen? having jazz be like dead, and then come back all fixed as a different car. i doubt they would do that. a different autobot would probly just come and take his place..

i think it would be just so cool if all the transformers as big and as bad ass as they look...to just make silly little squeaking noises like jazz whenever they get hit or damaged during the fight....then on that scene from the trailer when blackout dies from the rocket shot to the chest...they could dub in the sound of a ballon deflating...lol...just a thought guys....poof

I dont think Bay is stupid enough to kill off Jazz or any other Bot in this movie. I do feel that if they get really damaged that They could be repaired and scan another alt mode. Like in G1 when Bumblebee became Goldbug for no reason. You never know the next movie might be made for us fans. I doubt it but you never know. If it is they need a reason to change the look and Alt mode of the bots. Getting owned and almost blown to **** then being repaired might be a good way to do it. It makes scence.

SPOILER ALERT

In the original script Jazz, Ironhide and Ratchet triple team Bonecrusher and with the help of some soldiers they basically melt him down. Then out of the blue Megs shoots Jazz point blank, rips out his spark and tears him in half. Although the trailer shows something different happening I still think the end result is the same... Sorry to say.

man its obvious the script didnt change one bit...everything they have shown has been a direct carbon copy of "the script of gold"...that is very sad in a way :grin:

I was always hoping Jazz wouldn't fall into the classic movie cliche but it looks like he has.

I never thought of that... Hmmmmmm but he is tiny.... that's why. the tiny get crushed like insects....
