Classics Ultra Magnus/Skywarp Target exclusive. I had that thing in my hands twice on clearance. I was just starting my collection and thought "I already have Prime and Starscream, why do I need these". Stupid.

haha, same here. Them two and Ramjet were on sale for ages at Woolies. I passed because there was no indication that the rest of the Seekers would get made and as you say, no City Commander. I've since got the white Prime and Pink Skywarp. But no Rammy.

Started in '84, stopped collecting in '87,started again with Transformers Beastwars,then again with Cybertron. Then I started again with FOC and the Movies most recently. I think the ones I really wish I had now would probably be G1 Metroplex,G1 Scorponock,G1 Blurr and G1 Slag and G1 Grimlock.Those are the ones I want the most that I missed out on.

fortunately, i bought them. for skywarp. which i eventually replaced with henkei. so the pair of them were actually sitting in a box with no love for some time. i eventually sold skywarp when prices were good, but held on to magnus for no particular reason. luckily i took notice of city commander which finally gave him reason. but now i regret selling skywarp. cause now im feeling... them classics seekers... gotta catch them all!SJ21 wrote:Classics Ultra Magnus/Skywarp Target exclusive. I picked up Hasbro's Grimlock, but decided not to pick up 2. I regret that, if only because I could have sold one last year and made a $200 profit...
That's one of the main reason I now buy MPs in twos.
But that's not really the right way to be thinking about the hobby, so I'll shut up now.

I've been rather good on judging what I want. I've bought things and got bored with them but I can't think of anything I've passed on and then wanted later.

Opening up old wounds...........the year was like 1992-1993. A MISB Dezaras was being sold for a steal. Being that I didn't know him ( Japanese box with but a few English words " transforms from space dragon and back").........so I didn't get him (Now kicking my @ss for not buying him)

I swear he sat on the shelf at my local TRU for 2 months and I never picked him up >.< It was the start of my collecting days and I was fresh out of college, so the price point made cringe (not to mention I loved Animated, so I was focusing on that line with what little money I had).
Now that I actually collect MPs and mostly ignore the mainstream stuff, I kick myself.
